Aaron is the best!! Seriously this place always has good food, but you can't beat the energy he brings to the store. He needs a triple raise for his hospitality skills!!!

Food was good noodles were over cooked a little, but good flavor I had the chicken Parmesan with bread and Ceasar salad. The packaging was a 10 . Packed very nicely! Big portions couldn't eat it all. So I had the rest for dinner. Bon Appetite!!!!! It was delivered.

Bought yhe Chicken Med Salad several times. one time the noodles were missing. Second time the chicken was missing. ordered it yesterday and the Kalamata olives were missing. I called each time and they said "0k,sorry. that's it. Also had to remind them that my dressing on the side was missing from the order. I will make my own.

Did not catch their name, but the cashier with short hair and septum piercing was EXCEPTIONALLY COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL. Even noticed I was on my lunch break due to my name tag from a nearby business and got my order to me as quick as possible. Great vibe. Amazing service.

Ambiance is way better than you expect. We were there for 3 hrs. Meeting for a project and we needed to work through lunch. Food was dry and unauthentic, but it does look healthier than Panda Express. Tables were clean and bussed on time.

I used a coupon for 2 for $12 and it didn't work right. I ended up being overcharged and didn't know for sure until I reviewed my receipt and saw that it didn't make sense. When I brought the matter to their attention, I was told that there was nothing that could be done since I already paid. This is truly infuriating since I specifically ordered a different item JUST so that I could use the coupon. When we got home, I realized that the new item I ordered was covered in spicy chips (the barbecue chicken mac) that I had to pick off. That is not their fault but, it added to an overall very frustrating experience! Also, last time I was in there, the workers were actually using the front counter for food prep of the rice crispy treats and there were periods of time where the food was left alone with customers while the workers were busy with other orders.

This is my first time eating at noodles and Company. Early evening the place was empty. Perhaps I got there before the rush or maybe it's a slow night. The order was for takeout and was ready within minutes. I didn't Jane much Interaction with the wait staff as my order was ready to be picked up. they simply put the my order on a takeout counter. Packaging was nice and sealed and ensuring that the order was tamper proof. This was my first time having the Japanese noodles. They are thick. Eating the noodles with no meat or veggies is filling enough. Adding the steak and vegetables was more than I could eat. Maybe I'm a wimp . The spaghetti and meatballs was de looks. We didn't expect anything different. The Daisy in proportion to noodles was just right. And the garlic cheese bread were perfect bites of yumminess. What really stood out was the food was piping hot. Often when you get to go order, you arrive home and the food is slightly cold. There food was nice and hot. Five stars just for that.

We stopped in our of convenience. Overall, Noodles & Company is passable, but nothing noteworthy. Both noodle dishes tasted a lot like a slightly better than average frozen entrée. The grilled chicken was heavily processed...very thin and flat, and looked as though it had been painted brown. It tasted about as good as you'd expect. The cheesy garlic bread was also just OK, with the baguette tasting like an average grocery store bakery variety.Service was prompt and competent. It was difficult to find a clean table. Prices are high for the generally poor quality.

I had not been to a Noodles Co for over 10 years. 1st I have tried the pad Thai. It was very good but they were out of peanuts! Otherwise, perfect score all around. We will be back.Vegetarian options: Bottom line is you can substitute anything. They at least have tofu and "impossible" (fake) chicken. There may be more options.Dietary restrictions: If you are gluten free, you can substitute rice noodles/pasta. Major win.

I had the zoodle with mushrooms and spinach. The flavor was good and the zoodle was cook nicely but it lacked vegetables. The description read mushrooms I got one large sliced up and spinach which I got three leaves. That was for the regular size. Just think if I ordered the small?

The A team was definitely not working. Couldn't figure out how to serve noodles without butter. No ice made at all. Service terrible.
