Damn good Cobb salad with chicken. Will be going back!
The food is either too spicy or too salty.
All the noodles are extremely dry and lacking sauce, they be stingy on the sauce like pleaseeeee add some more sauce. I literally started choking on a piece of pasta because it was so dry and the noodle was so hard it was not cooked well at all. Who likes dry pasta? & obviously your getting lots of reviews about it so maybe start upping the sauce & people will be happier, and cook the noodles better.
I was excited to finally try the new crispy bacon Alfredo dish, however, my experience was less than stellar at this location. I ordered the dish and just requested for a substitute of mushrooms in place of the broccoli as broccoli upsets my stomach, but ended up only getting the Parmesan crusted chicken and mushrooms as toppings outside of the Alfredo sauce and cheese. I thought maybe I just needed to stir it up a bit as I know sometimes the toppings go to the bottom of the bowl but nope, still nothing, only literally one fleck of tomato which I’m unsure about that even being one of the toppings to this one LOL. Perhaps next time I will just pick out the broccoli rather than requesting the substitution as maybe that caused the confusion. Was thankful to get the refund at least. Other than that, clean spot, cool location, easy parking. And the cashier was super nice and helpful.
My Mac and cheese is so dry,it's hard to eat.
Terrible lobby and staff service
Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pesto and shrimp is amazing!

The various noodles are fabulous. I was a little surprised they were out of steak bites and lids for takeout They seemed a little disheveled on a quiet Monday. I will be back for the yummy buttered noodles. The pad Thai was great.

Arrived before 9:30 multiple items out on the menu. Order for dine in was informed of limited seating due to mopping, at 9:30 before our food is done they came to my table and informed us that we had till 9:45 to finish our food that they would be turning the lights off. I asked about the hours being listed till 10pm. And I was told "we don't wanna be asking you multiple times to leave". It's 9:38 and still waiting for the food.

Ordered here from Uber Eats. Order was missing a whole meal. They refused to replace it on pick up. Blamed the driver but bag was clearly stapled shut. Not impressed. Will not order again.

Seems like every time I go to this location the quality gets worse. In the last two years I don’t think they have gotten an order right.

Our family traveled almost an hour to try out Noodles and Company for a birthday lunch. We arrived there 30 minutes after opening to find a paper on the door stating they are only open for online orders. This was quite disappointing. I can't grade the food or service since we had none. But I do believe if they are going to be open only for online orders, they should have it posted on their website.
I had the gluten-free pesto pasta which was a little burnt but overall really good. I wish I had more than one gluten-free option for pasta. Customer service was amazing, definitely coming back

Served burnt chicken patties dieced up on our pasta, ruined the entire dish. Had to wait an extended time for someone to take our order that spoke English. Resteraunt is freezing cold. Was our first visit we will not be back!
