*sigh* it seems parents are doomed to be punished, no matter what. If we take our twins out with us, there's going to be someone who complains about noise or manners. If we order pickup, the meal is tossed in a box, and the serving size is considerably small. I thought that paying over $60 for a bread, salad, and two entrés to share with toddlers would be a bit more sustaining. The hostess was wonderful. We're not impressed by the serving sizes or presentation of to-go food (specifically, the endive salad), but the flavors were good. If the chef needs locally grown ingredients, maybe reach out. I'm growing endive this year.

If you want authentic Italian you have to try this place. Food was amazing ambiance was great service was 5 star. Don’t let the store front stop you because this place is great. I had the Sausage Penne and my wife had the chicken breast on seasoned polenta both were amazing. Our server Chris went out of his way to make it extra specialThanks Nostra Travola and thanks Chris

What a fantastic establishment!! Sleek design and visually pleasing the ambiance is much needed in the area! The server Chris- was personable and helpful- we had questions & he was happy to share! Our selections were all delivered in a presentation that made you eager to try your meal! We had fresh beautifully dressed salad with amazing balsamic vinegar capsules!! So cool- they burst in your mouth! My daughter enjoyed a meatball sandwich! Our time at the restaurant was very enjoyable and we will return when I come to town again!! Kudos

I wanted to really like this place. twice!! The food is quite good. However, the portions are small for most pasta dishes for the price. Our waiter last night confirmed that this place is not for us . He came to the table literally frowning and was curt and noninformative and frankly rude. . Sorry you do not like your job but not my fault. We tipped him well anyway as I assume they share tips and not everyone had his attitude. The Caesar salad was very good. The chicken parm was good although too dark on the skin of the chicken The sausage pasta dish was good but small for an average eater. The cocktail was made perfectly. The draft beer was overpriced . We will not return as we go out to have fun and the mood was unwelcoming from the moment we arrived . I don't mind spending money on great food but this was quite a bit short of great. I miss Rally in this location. And their custard

I was hoping to really like this restaurant, unfortunately the food portion was small for the price. I also think it would be nice to include bread with your pasta without having to pay extra. And some entrées don't come with a side like potatoes or rice and for the price they should. What was really good is the service, our waitress was very nice and get a good job.

First time coming here and we were all so impressed! The food was delicious, service was great and everyone was very friendly. The drinks were also very good! Collins was our server & he was very nice and attentive. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered linguine with chicken. The portion size wasn’t even suitable for something off of a kids menu. I finished my meal in about 5 bites. I actually can’t believe they think that’s enough food to feed a human for dinner.

The interior is very chic and modern. The caprese salad was elegantly plated. Would love to see those big tomatoes as the summer rolls around! I had the Italian meatball sandwich, the meatballs were flavorful and fabulous! I didn't get a picture, it really wasn't very photogenic, but had wonderful sausage like flavor in the balls. It was a little saucy to eat with my hand but I managed! I do wish the bread was toasted it would have held up to the hearty meat and sauce a little better I think. But I would Order it again! Pizzas looked great prefer by others around us. I enjoyed the side salad that came with my sandwich as well. Refreshing. Service was patient and knowledgeable.

We tried this for the first time yesterday to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service was good, and the food came pretty quickly. First was an appetizer of arancini, which I'd never heard of: stuffed risotto balls. Tasty, but...at seventeen dollars for two normal sized meatballs...no thanks, not again: way overpriced, ridiculously so. I mean two little meatballs for seventeen bucks? Really? My penne and sausage was fine, but my wife's linguine was way too spicy, and I had to swap plates with her. The tiramisu was tasty. I am only giving them three stars because of the price gouging on the appetizer, otherwise it would be four stars.

Service was sweet and attentive, but overstretched. That poor girl obviously needed some help. Sandwiches were good, pizza was excellent. The bread choice for the sandwiches is exquisite, and it seems like a small thing but it's not if you're into Italian sandwiches. It's a specific kind of bread that's reportedly hard to find anywhere in the Portland area. A lot like the old Gonnella bread, which is the gold standard for some of us. Meatball sub: wildly over-seasoned meatballs, with the seasoning drowning out all of the meat flavor. Cut the herbs and spices in half and it'll likely compete with any in town. The pork/beef blend is foundational, now let us taste it. The cheese blend on it was unorthodox IMO but excellent. Quality mozz would have been fine, but they came up with a different approach and it completely works. Back to the pizza... they do something very few places in the NW do, and that is to actually cook it completely. It's an important part of the puzzle, and they do it right. Tiny bit of char, not too much. Across the board, it's easily among the best pies in town. It would probably even fly in Chicago or NYC. It was a slow time, so noise wasn't an issue. They're working very hard to make this a destination restaurant, and I think they're winning.

Pizza sounded good, we popped in last min on a Friday night. Pizza is phenomenal. We ordered the Bee Sting, spicy and out of this world! Also had a chicken parm, crispy and total perfection. Atmosphere is open and awesome. Absolute gem on Mill Plain. Service was exceptional. Well done, keep it up! Will definitely be back.

Food was delicious and well prepared but very limited selection. Service was adequate and the atmosphere a cross between warehouse and yuppie. Prices seemed a bit high.
