Nothing Bundt Cakes

Bought a chocolate chocolate chip cake. Finished half the cake and it had two, maybe three chocolate chips in each slice. I am very disappointed and will not buy another one. I think I should get another cake or a refund.

Went in today to pick up an order my son placed right before closing. We had no idea they closed at 2pm and I'm at their door at 1:59pm. They were so nice and sweet even with the whole order hiccup due to them closing early for labor day. Thank you so much for your Awesome customer service Juan I believe is his name. I know it starts with a J and the two beautiful young ladies.

My wife's brother passed away and it was quite the task to find 150 balloons. I stumbled across this establishment (that doesn't even advertise balloons like that btw!) and the manager was SOOOO SWEET and compassionate. She was so helpful and accommodated my request without hesitation and even had the balloons delivered to my in-laws house. This place was literally the MVP/clutch player. They even gave us complimentary little cupcakes which were FREAKING DELICIOUS! Thank you so much to all the manager and all the staff that helped fill all the balloons in such a short amount of time. 🙏🏼🙏🏼😭😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😭😭😭💖💖💖💖

Absolutely delicious bundt cakes and friendly staff. I'm not a fan of the gluten free cakes but enjoy many flavors of their cakes.

We just recently discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes and have started to frequent the bakery. I want to compliment Abi who is outstanding telling about the different cakes, very friendly and an asset to the bakery. My husband and I were in today and she was very helpful.

DON’T ORDER AT THIS FRANCHISE! First order was for a wedding cake, which was not cooked all the way through. I gave them credit for offering to compensate me with a store credit. Second order was placed for my Dad’s funeral service. Got there to pick it up as I was heading out of town. THEY WERE CLOSED! Granted it was MLK day, but no one told me that when I ordered it over the phone or called me later to let me know they were closed. Heartbroken and angry to say the least. Like I said-DON’T ORDER FROM THIS FRANCISE! Terrible service!!

I went in on Friday and pick up a couple mini cakes and place an order for my son. I let the girl know I wanted to order a cake for my son’s birthday which she was great and helped me place. I had to prepay there and I let her know that I had a $5 coupon at home that I was wanting to use. She told me to bring it in on pick up and they would credit me back the $5. So I went ahead with it. Fast forward to pick up, I sent my mom to pick up since I had broke my foot and she gets told they won’t credit it back. I’d recommend all employees be on the same page of the information they’re giving to their customers.They do have good cakes, but I was less than pleased with the customer service my family received.

Order a cake for an 8" small birthday party upon getting the cake and getting to the event and opening the box the cake appeared very small, we measured and it was only 7" with the extra frosting we Order and less than 6" without the frosting. Very disappointing. We have been buying cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for several years now and this is very dissatisfing and frustrating. We probably will not be back for future cakes.

Today my wife came in here (not out 1st visit). We both had emails for a bogo. When we came in we were assisted by Dee Dee. She was rude and unpleasant to both of us. My asked about the buntlets (mini bunt cakes) about buying them individually. Dee Dee's response was less then what it could have been. So after asking another question she gave a vage about the specialty favor and just points to the sign. In my opinion Dee Dee needs to be retrained, her customer service skills are terrible.

I picked up a red velvet bundt cake recently for my husband because it was his birthday. When he opened it up, there was a 1-2 inch long white human hair right on the top of the frosting. He was grossed out for obvious reasons. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here ever again.
