I bought a strawberry dessert, but they gave me some kind of white cake without strawberries. I'm very disappointed.

Food has massively declined in quality and flavor. Service was great though. Olive Garden has always been a favorite for me and my family all throughout my life. I used to be a frequent customer sometimes weekly. The past year I have been unable to make the drive until today. I was heavily craving the salad, breadsticks and fettuccine. Salad was wilted and slimey, wine was very old and tasted horrible, breadsticks were hard and chewy in consistency, fettuccine was extremely overcooked-mushy and completely lacking flavor. Seems the Alfredo sauce recipe has changed. Nothing at all seemed fresh. Water even tasted terrible. This will be my final time at an Olive Garden.

I’m not sure if they’ve changed their menu which is why I didn’t say anything at the restaurant but I live an hour from Vancouver and drove down tonight for my favorite Olive Garden meal and was sorely disappointed. I’m scared they’ve changed their menu and this is what is now but take a look at what I ordered vs what I got for $20.

It was pretty good. Service was good. Was severed a huge salad and I ate most of it. The entire was good. The flavored tea was really good.

Our server Gerald T @ Vancouver Mall Dr location was above and beyond amazing and on top of all needs to make dinner for my husband and I a great experience,I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. You need people like him who work to make the experience wonderful. Food was delicious.

The food was great there was a cook with long hair wearing a gold Chain and a silver watch i think he said his name started with a T i cant remeber travon I think but he was really cute I wish I could of gotten to talk to him more but he was super nice will definitely stop by again for sure

We stopped by today 12/06 around 5:30pm and were immediately seated our waitress (we didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing moon shaped earrings) was so kind and engaged with our children which is something that is very important to us! Our food ended up taking over an hour and not coming out hot one plate was still frozen but our waitress was still so kind and was incredibly understanding when we said we just wanted to pay for our drinks and go and she comped our meal in regards to the kitchen errors. So a major thank you to this waitress for salvaging our evening and being kind to our toddlers who were getting cranky!

Server was great I will say that. She was grating cheese on the salad when someone else brought the entrees. Not cool. There should be a gap between salad and entree unless specifically requested they be served together. The place was about half full so they didn’t need to rush us to get the table. Not the leisurely dinner we’d hoped for. It felt like a fast food experience to be honest.

The 'Tour of Italy' platter was perfect for both of us, & just right for my husbamds 1st visit.

The waiter had a GREAT personality. He was helpful, great service & made my husband's 1st experience at Olive Garden one to make him want to return...and SOON! 😀

Don’t see why I’d be on hold for over 15 mins on a Monday at 15:30, just to place an order for a gallon of soup. On top of it, my order was going to be ready in half an hour.

Our server Leo was fantastic and was singlehandedly providing the best customer service I've recieved at any restraunt in Vancouver. Definitley deserves a raise!
