Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I went in there tonight around 8 pm and my waiter absolutely sucked. He asked me 3 times what we needed which we told him refill of drink and breadsticks. We watched him walk back and forth 3-4 times not grabbing what we asked for and had to ask him again. He got my husband’s order wrong then proceeded back to our table to let us know he wrote it right but the kitchen got it wrong, all while being back to our table 3 times still without what we asked for but made sure to let us know who was to blame. The manager literally saved the night. He apologized and made things right with us. My husband and I frequent Olive Garden often but usually in eastern Washington where we live. We were in Vancouver on business. Thank you to the night manager for making things right. We will continue to choose Olive Garden solely due
to this manager.

Let’s be honest. We are all just in it for the endless salad, soup, and breadsticks. Add in a side of alfredo sauce. This Olive Garden location is no different than any other. The inside is very clean and the staff is friendly. I went for lunch and it wasn’t crowded at all.

Ordered delivery, Tour of Italy and a Zuppa Toscana. It came at the high end of the delivery time, which is acceptable. However, the quality of the food did not meet expectation. Halfway through the chicken parm the centre was not fully cooked. The soup had a funny taste, the Alfredo pasta was not even luke warm. When I took the kids off, everything was visually pleasing, but was left disappointed for the price, leaving more than half the meal uneaten.

I have been out of the military for 30 years and I received my first free meal from Olive Garden. I didn’t ask for it they gave me a menu with awesome choices!!! The meal was fantastic!!!

I'm here, waiting indefinitely for a drink I ordered almost maybe 30 minutes ago? Like it's some huge ordeal to hand me some wine with a splash of juice in it.

The wait staff was efficient and pleasant. The food was as ordered and hot.
