Randomly Sketches

My best friend and I went to Olive Garden for her birthday, and even though we came close to closing time, our waiter Adrien was absolutely fantastic. She treated us amazing, recommended an amazing dessert, and genuinely was such an amazing human being to be around and helped me make an amazing happy birthday experience for my best friend. I felt bad that we stayed after closing, but the staff were phenomenal and continued treating us very well and I really appreciated that. I hope this review helps others know how genuinely amazing the staff are here.

They were quick with the break, salad and soup refills. Very, very generous with the Parmesan cheese. Clean. Great service. Thank you all

Been coming here for many years and it’s always extremely consistent and the customer service is top-notch. Parking is always super easy as they’ve had plenty every time. Never had to worry about waiting to order or replenish drinks. Highly recommend.

This place is the worst Olive Garden I’ve been to ever. Went for my son birthday and they didn’t bother with a birthday song. Went again today and ordered a med rare steak . I know I shouldn’t have but it came out well done and took a very long time to come out. Manager wanted to charge me for my soup. Service is always amazing here despite the above but I never feel welcomed here.

Worst service ever at this location. Server got our orders wrong 3 times. Appetizer came out so late we canceled as it looked cold and sauce was crusting. Only 1 of us got an option for cheese & it was a very limited amount.
Even brought someone else's order to our table.

Dec 2024 UPDATE

- a few of us came here for their endless soup and salad. Everyone’s favourite. Another order was the chicken and shrimp carbonara which looked delicious. We broke down and had the donuts. It was also delicious. You can choose either chocolate or raspberry sauce. If you love pasta you need to order this!

- Ryan, our server did an excellent job in giving us great service. He frequently asked us if we needed anything. Thanks Ryan!

- decent and clean place.

A popular chain restaurant known for their pasta dishes. The 3 of us came here for their well-known endless soup and salad combo lunch special from 11 am to 3 pm from Mon to Fri at $9.99. There are 4 soups to choose from ranging from sausage to vegetarian. My all time favourite is Zuppa Toscana made with spicy Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes. The others had the Pasta E Fagioli. The lunch special also comes with never ending freshly baked bread sticks. The salad was fresh with olives, tomatoes, and peppers tossed in Italian dressing.

They also have other weekday lunch specials priced at $10.99 and $11.99. Great value with good taste. Service was friendly and prompt. I felt more comfortable having the staff wear masks.

Parking: Lots of free parking especially several handicap parking spots near the front entrance.

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair and walker friendly.

What happened to Olive Garden? Bread sticks are much smaller, seem slightly stale and didn't seem to have much flavor of butter and garlic it used to have. Waiter seemed perturbed that we were only there for endless soup but maybe just not having a good day. Might have been the last time I'm going to Olive Garden as it didn't feel as special as it used to.
