Orange Julius

Employees handle cash and then proceed to make make your drink without washing their hands...absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, my drink was poorly blended. I attempted to address this with the employee but she didn't care.👎🏻

UPDATE:

Ordered a large original orange Julius, took a drink and trashed it. It was watery, and not orange tasting at all. Asked for a refund they said no. Don’t waste your money or time here.

My sister and I went here to get a smoothie. We ended up getting the extra large, however, when we got our drink, the cup wasn’t even filled fully, so we were scammed out of our money. To add on, our drink was warm, and the way we were being treated by the person making the drink and I assume, the owner, was rude. She was blunt, didn’t ask how we were, and overall they looked like they didn’t want to be there. I found that other people are having the same issue in other reviews. I do not recommend coming here at all.

2 teenage girls were obviously left alone with no manager present. They made a mistake of my order which tasted spoiled and then admitted to not using enough banana and when I asked them to remake it for me they said it would be a waste of product.
Both girls were around 5’10 one with bleach blonde hair and one with dark coily hair with medium tan skin both had button noses with no name tag present
Obviously if a manager was there it would’ve been taken care of. It’s a shame that they were left to handle the store on their own as teenagers and obviously do not have the acquired skills to handle customer service on their own.

Horrible service. I ordered a medium orange Julius having had it in the past and when I received my order it was all orange juice not even a little thick like orange juliuses usually are. I went back to see if it could be remade asking very kindly, I was told that the medium size is usually less thick and that I would have to order the large size to get one thicker to my liking. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this service what a waste of my money. Definitely won’t be returning to this location any time soon

Friendly staff and great drinks!

Every time I gor here, I get an Orginal Tripple Berry Julius. It is so good, and they make it so quick. I go here when I'm on dates, or with friends. Honestly, the best place to go for a nice cold drink.

The drinks just keep getting worse and worse and more expensive... $8 for a joke of a smoothie... No thank you!!!

My boyfriend and I enjoy stopping by this Orange Julius whenever we go to the Vancouver Mall, especially since they are a pretty rare find at this point. The drinks are tasty and it's hard to go wrong with one of the classics, plus you can also add some boosts to the drink to make you feel like you're taking in something healthy yet delicious. Service can be somewhat inattentive at times and the atmosphere is very typical for a smaller mall, but nothing to complain about.

I recently tried Orange Julius for the first time and it was delicious! It was a perfect blend of sweet and tart and it was surprisingly refreshing. The orange flavor was just right and there was a slight hint of vanilla in it that made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a tasty and refreshing drink. Orange Julius is a great option for a quick snack or a refreshing treat on a hot day.

I enjoy the drinks, but I'm getting sick of my coupons not working here. I was supposed to get a $0.99 orange julius for signing up for their "fan club," but because the cashier didn't have it in her system, she just gave me $1 off (definitely not equivalent to the coupon). This is not the first time they were unable to honor a coupon. They can't scan anything, so when electronic coupons started making an appearance (like the one I had today), those couldn't be used either. This is the only OJ in my area. It really sucks that this location is given nothing to accept coupons.

If I could put a zero star I would! I just bought my niece a Pina colada smoothie and it was disgusting, it was melted and runny and tasted sour. When I went back up to the counter they refused a refund because I didn't have my receipt, even tho the girl that rang me up minutes before was standing right next to the old lady refusing. Poor customer service and nasty sour smoothie. Will NEVER visit this place at the Van Mall again.
