It is very, very bad customer service when a reservation is made and the poor choice is made to not fulfill the reservation. Please find a new job and leave it to someone more responsible.

Very decent food for a reasonable price.

The bread was the best part of the meal. Ribeye full of gristle. Baked potato dry had been cooked long ago. Prime rib sandwich dry. Mashed potatoes not that tasty either.
Oh yeah the French Onion was delicious so there was that.

My whole family was very pleased with their meals at this location. First off, the waitress was great. We ordered everything from a blooming onion, to steaks, salmon, and chicken. All were cooked perfectly and extremely tasty. The blue cheese wedge salad was a great appetizer also. Portion size was more than I could finish and we had to take home 2 to go boxes out of 5 meals. The price was very competitive to similar restaurants considering portion size and how great the presentation and taste was. The menue is great, as there are plenty of choices for all my family, including those that didn't prefer beef. I definitely recommend trying this steakhouse, we were glad we did.

So good!! This is the Outback at the Vancouver Mall. We went here yesterday before going to the AMC 23 in the mall to see Wicked for Good. Also it was my birthday celebration. Highly recommend this restaurant! 🩷💚🩷💚 we both got a drink, meals, and shared an appetizer for ~ $140 + tip. He got the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, steak and lobster, I got the house salad with broccoli and shrimp.

We had the BEST service at the Vancouver Mall location tonight 8-6-25!!! Barry and Scott were both phenomenal waiters. They were attentive, yet not overbarring. Scott was helping his staff instead of ordering them to do everything on what ended up being an unexpectedly busy Wednesday night. They handled it with grace and acted like nothing was wrong and they have done this for years. Not panicking out loud....it was literally the best service and food we've ever had from this location. I'm not sure what's gone on since our last time eating here but whatever it is, keep doing it!! Great job, staff working together as a team. Loved the whole vibe.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had dining out ever we had amazing servers Scott S. and the manager Barry. They were very friendly and the manager helped us and his team to facilitate a smooth dinner rush and apologized for our food being delayed during rush hour and bought us desert as an apology. The food was absolutely delicious, their new recipe for ribs is absolutely phenomenal and the steaks were cooked to perfection as well as the burger. Every dessert was absolutely amazing. We definitely will be coming back here with how amazing of an experience we had.

Our server, Misty, was very very knowledgeable about not having egg in any food options. The ribs were very tender as she had said. We requested prime rib but we were not in time before it was gone so Misty recommended the ribeye.

The food is always excellent and so is the service . The bar had one server , no bussers and the server did everything with a smile .
