I like it because it is close to where I live, I missed living 2 blocks from a teriyaki / sushi place and this place checks my japanese boxes, nothing too showy, but quality lunch or dinner.

I first came here the other day based on online reviews, the menu offerings and the price. I ordered mostly sushi for my family of 3 and paid just over $70, which is very normal. We love our sushi and absolutely loved this place. I came in to the restaurant and placed an order to go. Everyone was super friendly , smiling with subtle eye contact and just generally helpful. The restaurant has ample comfortable seating, mostly booths and has no notable decorations to speak of which tells me they're either new or they care more about the quality of their food than decorations , which seems to be the case here. My favorite was there three piece seared salmon rolls that I enjoyed with masago. Would definitely return all the time if I lived closer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to try sushi or enjoy your regular orders for a reasonable price.

Good food, food atmosphere, sushi is fresh and well made and put together. Some unique rolls I haven’t seen anywhere before. The Caribbean roll was fantastic. Will definitely be back to try other rolls on the menu.

Best teriyaki place I frequent ever week or 2, which started making sushi. Some of the best sushi I have had in town, and really recommend the unagi or dragon roll If you like eel, or the spicy tuna if not. Great family owned business that treats everyone like family and will continue to visit!

I thought it was pretty good! The restaurant was very cold. It is not a high fashion restaurant but the food is worth coming back again and again.

I think it’s some of the best teriyaki chicken in town, well any teriyaki bowls would you like a bento bowl. My wife says the sushi is great.

Have ordered from here a bunch of times via Doordash. Always have received fresh and delicious food! Will continue to order from and highly recommend🔥

Sushi Sapporo’s food reminds me of my favorite teriyaki place in Seattle, so thanks for bringing back good memories and good times!
