They literally were about to make around 7 online orders before serving me, the ONLY customer inside the store. Nobody even acknowledged me. I’m not going to wait for 7 people to be served when they aren’t even in the dang store. I’m just not going to do that. I will not be back and this business practice is absolutely asinine. Get it together.

My day started off pretty crummy but Rosemary and Emma and their boss really made the difference today! Every time that I’ve been to this Panda Express the staff has been delightful and I walk out the door happier.It reminds me of the happy people working at the Subway off Grand and 4th Plain.Thank you everyone! Delicious food with the flavor you’d expect and want.

Horrible experience. Went there with my mom and two kids. We ended up getting food poisoning, two of us much worse than the others. Luckily we requested to wait for new orange chicken.I called to let them know. I spoke with the manager on duty who seemed less than concerned.I definitely won’t be returning.

Food was good and hot. Servers there don’t listen. Repeated myself several times and still didn’t get what I was asking for. To big of a hurry to listen.Parking: Keep your eyes open. People around there on phones and driving. My car was hit there. No note or cares.

When you can get it the food is fine. But being the only option for a 30 minute lunch in the area they run out of food DAILY at lunchtime. 3 days in a row they've been out of noodles and multiple main dishes. I will not entrust my lunch to a poorly managed kitchen like that anymore. Don't be shocked if there is an additional 6-10 minute wait for your food on top of waiting in line. That's a deal breaker for a quick lunch spot.
Slow and disorganized. Go in at noon and they don't even have any fried rice and half the other stuff is empty. Didn't even see there was no fried rice til after waiting in line for 10 minutes even though only 2 people were in front of me.

Gave me beef instead of black pepper chicken. Then told me they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drove back and they don’t serve black pepper chicken. They would have been closed by the time I could get back there.Meanwhile their online menu says they offer black pepper chicken. My receipt says I ordered black pepper chicken and the label they stuck on the box says black pepper chicken is in the box.This location is a joke but they will keep your money after they mess up your order

It's Panda, tasty options at decent prices. Update 2019: dropped a star because the food quality and service has gone down slightly.Update 2021: Back to 5*Update 2023: Back to 4* ?
By far the worst panda in town. But due to their location they are always busy. Fried rice is never cooked completely and is made with dirty water. No beef with the beef and broccoli. Noodles are dry. Just yuck ... icky poo puppies!!

I ordered the walnut shrimp plate and a pepper steak and veggies bowl. Everything was delicious and fresh with the right crunch! Yummy!
Their chicken is good but chow mein/fried rice are bland and tasteless
