Definitely not open at 10am as advertised. I arrived at 10:40am and was told as such by the staff.Poor customer service. I said “Good morning”, and visibly irritated with my presence the staff replied with “yes”.As if to ignore my statement completely. Won’t be returning.

We go to this restaurant almost every other day and every time their chicken is raw. I have to mention it to the manager everytime to get the food remade. This has been an ongoing issue that doesn’t get corrected. It’s a serious problem and their chefs don’t care so be careful and check your food before consuming. They even do cross-contamination of raw and cooked food. You will get sick eating raw chicken and contaminated food.

Got there right at 11am when they opened. Mall location. Orange chicken was room temperature. I asked, "Was this made this morning, or a batch heated up from last night?" The older Asian lady with a strong accent said everything is made fresh. She said, not hot, eh? Didn't offer to heat it up or make any kind of gesture of customer pleasing. Then when I was standing and looking at the prices, she tried to hurry me along (no one was beind me in line) and said that if I wanted to order anything more "you need to do now." No pleasing the customer attitude here, in the mall location.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Panda Express and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The food was freshly prepared and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was inviting. The restaurant also offered a wide variety of options, from classic Chinese dishes to unique creations. The food was flavorful and there was something for everyone. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Panda Express to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable Chinese meal.

Last two times they took about an hour. It’s beyond me why drive through gets so jammed up. Or online orders take so long to complete. This recent time told me it was almost done and to wait for it outside. Some would bring it out in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later I had to go in to it sitting on shelf Luke warm. I worked hospitality industry for over 5 years and it baffles me why it’s so difficult.Get home to add insult to injury they couldn’t put right order together.New management is clearly needed.

Our daughter decided to eat here while visiting the Vancouver mall and decided to eat their orange chicken with rice and veggies. The chicken was delicious just a bit soft. It was all nice and hot and at a reasonable price. They packed the container full. The mall was busy and an upbeat environment. The tables were plentiful and clean. I'm sure we will eat here again in the future.

Worst tasting Panda food I’ve had. Chicken was rock solid and impossible to bite or even put a fork through for that matter. Super oily, more than any other locations and the chicken was dry. Never

The food is very mixed, I really liked the broccoli beef but my mom ordered mushroom chicken & got a mix of teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. The service is ok, nothing stands out about it & the ambiance is something that is very much affected by the mall but I would have to say that it's definitely busy & you should know what you want to order before you get in line

Tried twice……Always rude on the phone, packaging broken and sauce all over bag. Not what Panda used to

Normally I’m fine with Panda. It’s not great Chinese but it’s usually consistent and decent. Not this location. The handful of times I’ve ordered delivery here the food has been just awful. Yesterday was the final straw. My chow mein and my mom’s orange chicken were both burnt to a crisp, the egg rolls were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside (how do you manage to pull that off?) and my kung pao was this mess of blackened, congealed goop that was unidentifiable from anything remotely edible. Absolutely shameful how this place is ran.

I ordered deliver to my work (I dont drive and only get a 30 minute lunch), I ordered the rangoons and didn't receive any sweet and sour sauce that is supposed to come with them. How you gonna eat rangoons dry? :( anyways... please send sauces with your online orders. Sauce is SO important. That includes teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken, cause it doesn't come sauced up. No one likes dry food. Thank you!

Worst Panda Express ever: the lady manager is super rude and just no customer service. Also there was a mouse running inside the kitchen and they were trying to step on it and kill it. Nasty nasty place. Do not eat at this place. The mouse even looked nasty.
