I ordered Online and sent my mom to pick up the order. Confirmation said it would be ready at 3:55 and she didn't get it until after 4. The Food was left sitting on the Counter for a least 20 Minutes as by the time she got the order and took it home, the Food was cold. Had to Microwave to eat it which is UNACCEPTABLE. The Customer Service could be better. Small Portions for a high price. Orange Chicken pieces need to be smaller, too much Vegetables in the Rice and Chow Mein. After eating my Food, I'm still hungry. Feels like I ate a small snack rather than a meal. This is probably the last time I will order Panda Express Ever. Very Disappointed. There is also no Price on the Pick Up Receipt. That's shady.

Never liked these chains that make a big deal in ads about shrimp, steak, etc then give you a pretty small scoop at best. Better to go to the independent operators than these big franchises. Lucky to get more than a couple of pieces of whatever. Worse was out of fried rice, which seemed odd and had to wait quite while.

Night crew has terrible customer service and under portions the protein, tries to compensate with noodles. Our order was to go and was also not provided with forks. If you want to get what you paid for do not go around this time!

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always—but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Logan was incredible! Super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. He literally saved us money and made our day. People like him make a big difference—Panda Express, give this guy a raise! 👏👏👏

Went there to get two plates. They did good on that but forgot my spring rolls. Super pissed basically paying money for other people to eat my food or basically given a four dollar tip at panda express I’d highly advise you if you go there make sure you have everything in there.

Friendly & efficient staff, along with generous serving sizes, make this the best Panda I've been to in the Vancouver-Portland area. The only thing that could be improved is the selection of entrees - they only had 5 or 6 choices.
