This review is yet another account of the poor management of this location. Order online at 11:15 to beat the lunch crowd (it's not our first rodeo at this store). Confirmation says it will be ready at 11:30. It's almost noon and no food. It happens every single time. We are slow learners. Don't take it out on the employees who are there making your food though, this is a consistent lack of staffing and management.

Love Panda Express and eat at this chain quite often but I just got tired of this location not getting my order right (whether I order online or in person). Unfortunately certain staff members are just no paying attention. Wish these guys were more professional and more attentive. Hope ownership takes notes and makes some changes.

If you want to wait an hour or so while they cook your order this is your place. Then the serving was so Small on your order that they covered it with additional rice. I amVery disappointed today and feel that this post. Is necessary.

My chicken mushroom bowl with chow mien was so full of large pieces of broccoli hunks of cabbage and a few pieces of chicken . The zucchini and mushrooms were good. Noddles were a very smallAmount . WHERE IS THE CHICKEN???????Paid $9.33

Had a mobile order. Literally watched her serve the 4 customers in store the dish I was waiting on while I waited 25 mins and when I finally asked what were waiting on they tell me to wait 10 more mins. No communication at all until I asked. Then she just looked at me like there was nothing she could do. Great customer service.
Shyana was a top tier employee. Offered me a free drink while I waited for my mushroom chicken. She was polite and very very kind. This is the first review I have done on a place period and she more then earned my respect for wonderful customer service.

Whoever the young latina young lady with the pretty eyeshadow customer service was awesome!! Panda Express needs employees like her, she kept her cool even though they were very busy & treated others kindly even if she was under pressure!!! Awesome job amiga!!

Is this the best Asian food? No. It's fast food. You have to expect a dip in quality when you order fast food. But for fast food it's quite good. The portions are decent for the price. I've visited several Panda Expresses and what they lack in food and 'atmosphere' they more than make up with by hiring the absolute best people hands down. Just incredible customer service especially at this location
I've ordered from this location 2 times and both times they have forgotten my sauces (teriyaki and sweet and sour) and this second time they skipped me in line when I ordered mobile for people actually in line to place new orders. The skipping me upset me less than missing what I actually ordered more than giving me what I actually ordered. Next time, I will try the next closest location because of two mis ordered orders for in a row. Hopefully they can keep our business.
