Service was quick and quality of food was fresh and delicious! Chow mein is always my go to, along with the black pepper angus steak and teriyaki chicken

Delicious
I just ordered food at Panda Express and was quite disappointed. I specifically asked for extra sauce, but when I drove off and few minutes later checked the bag, I found my bag was completely empty. The food was okay, but the lack of attention to my request really impacted my experience. Two stars for the meal, but I hope they improve their service.

Everything is delicious 😋 but a lot of greasy and fried things don't work for everyone.

I ordered online and arrived ten minutes before it was supposed to be ready. So I figured I’d just wait a bit. They apologized and rushed to complete my order early. They also gave me a drink to enjoy in the meantime. It was quite busy at the drive thru but nearly empty inside. The staff were all working very hard to serve customers.

I've tried this place 3-4 times in the past year and their fried rice has been terrible each time. Please learn to make fried rice, I like panda express fine enough but this is the worst rice I've ever had in any establishment
I'd like to share my frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order for a family meal and a plate, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, it wasn't ready. They were still waiting on chow mein. After receiving my order, I drove home and opened the box (plate) to find it contained only rice. The rest of the order was correct, so I called the restaurant. They initially suggested I come back another time for a replacement, but I asked to come back immediately. They agreed, but I had to bring the incorrect order back. Upon returning, the employees inspected the container, laughed, and then added the orange chicken. They told me to wait eight minutes for the honey chicken. I requested sweet fire chicken instead and fresh rice, as the original rice had been sitting for 40 minutes. She was again irritated at me and agreed to give me fresh rice. I then asked for a refund or partial refund since I had to drive back due to their mistake. She said no since it was a mobile order. I had the receipt and I was only asking for a refund for the plate not the whole meal. I ended up leaving, got home only time find out one of entrees I had ordered in the family meal was wrong as well. I had only checked to make sure the containers were full. I didn't open them. I didn't bother contacting them again. I won't go back to this location.

I was told to wait 20 minutes for food to be cooked when I arrived at 10:30 for an order
I think today was the best experience I have had in a "fast food" restaurant in a long time. Keep the AWSOME team that was working today!!

arrogant service and ignoring customers. I understand it's 8pm and everyone is tired, but you don't have to work in customer service if you don't like other people.

The food is relatively good at this location. What I’m really pissed off about is the fact that their Google listing shows them closing at 11pm on Xmas Eve, yet I pull Up at 9:30pm, sit there for 5 minutes while the employees ignore me and finally back up to ask if they are open or not, because Google has them showing being open right now. It’s really not that difficult to update your Google account, but apparently someone is too lazy to do so. What is really infuriating about this is how the employees, instead of still being informative like they are paid to be, straight up ignore you. And I’m sure they would still treat me the same if they made $25 an hour. Gee, how enlightening to know that they want $25/hour to ignore me when they’re still on the clock.
Perhaps consider a different location to buy from… this one needs a management and employee overhaul.
