My food was terrible today, the dry rice was lumpy and hard and tastes burnt, I usually buy in this place always, but this time not even the children wanted to eat it, it was very frustrating to pick up the food and when I got home so hungry and couldn't enjoy it as always. My dinner was ruined. 😡

I have never seen a vegetarian option like tofu on the menu at this location. I wish I could go here but they never have any food without dead animals.

We love panda… but this location isn’t the greatest at customer service, tonight’s meal was my last night going there, they don’t serve you well in the drive through, pick up orders they always get wrong and tonight 11/13/2025 there was a staple in my husbands food… GOOD thing he saw it because if he hadn’t only God knows what that could have done to his body.
Step it up, do better it’s not hard to give good customer service I do it every day at my job. And check your food! Follow the order that a person orders it’s not hard it’s written down for you.
I’m sad cause I love your orange chicken but now after the staple I’m to scared to eat it.

Foods bad and bland. I don't know why. They tried to tell me this is how it's supposed to taste. Go to Tigard outside Portland try the panda express there and you can tell the difference. It's the only panda express that has the same quality after 10years. I went there last month. Been going there for years. The people working here are nice but they don't know how to cook.
I was working around the area and wanted something a little different to eat so I swung in here and ordered a double orange chicken and noodles. The chicken was good and the noodles were kind of dry. Over all is was good.

Mari at the drive-through working night shift 9/3/25 really did a horrible job taking my order. Said that they don’t have teriyaki sauce. Gave me my wrong drinks sizes. No straws, and threw my food to me. This behavior is unacceptable and I’ll be reaching out to managers/corporate.
Half the entrees weren’t available. The food, quality and portion sizes has been going downhill at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I have a Panda Express person and I love every Panda Express if you can use in Washington except this one it's like swap the food like you're getting food out of prison they don't get your order right and the plates look less desirable I think you guys need to read it or just close this location down because there's 10 times better location somewhere else but yet you ain't hitting it
