This place is literally the worst location in Vancouver.Stingy portions. Orange/ Beijing never has that crunch and is undercooked with dough always falling off. Most things are just sloppy and undercooked. Lots of training necessary 😊

A few weeks ago, I was not feeling well, it was some RSV that left me with flu type symptoms. I didn’t eat for days. When I felt I could finally ate, the only thing I wanted was the Pepper Steak from Panda Express - the only thing is that I do not like onions which are mixed in - we requested no onions or at least as few as possible. I knew that this would be a difficult thing and maybe I was asking for too much, but goodness they came through. I greatly appreciate the time they took to assist with that - the food was fantastic. But what stood out even more was their willingness to take the time to help when they didn’t have to. Actions like that go a long way with me and I know there are a chain and my patronage may not make a difference, but I know I am getting food from a place that was kind enough to do that. Thank you so much.

Horrifically understaffed, be prepared to be ignored if you use the drive through. I waited for 10 minutes after I was told to wait over the mic, and never got service even after pulling forward to the window. Why even have the drive through open?

I ordered 2 medium and 1 large size entree. All three boxes were the same size with one just marked large. The shrimp came only 3/4 full. Panda Express used to be a great place. Trying to pass off the large and medium, when the boxes are the same or not filling them so you can save money is disgusting. This is not the first time either. I'll go ahead and help Panda save more money and not buy anything at all. Have the day you deserve Panda Express.
Panda is a store that used to sell little black and white bears. To get them to you faster, they used to press them flat, so that they could be flat packed. Strangely, flat-packed bears never caught on, so they sold the name to a chain of Asian food restataunts. Because they no longer flat packed the bears there, they added the "ex."
The food is okay, and mostly pretty swell if you would like a fast meal. I think you will enjoy it for a quick lunch. But then, I don't know you very well.

This venue's priority is online & drive through service! If you are planning to dine in, good luck. You will spend at least 30+ minutes waiting to be served, then you will wait for another 15+ minutes to get your entree, because all the food will go to drive through or online order first!
