Honey walnut shrimp was cold and kitchen staff ignored the front counter for 3 full minutes to talk and laugh.

If I could rate zero star I would. When your hours say you close at 10:30 and you have customers coming at 10:00 and you turn them away by saying you don't have food prepared. Whats the point of Fast food hours saying you close at 10:30? You should be serving food until close, turing away multiple customers is just poor service if you ask me.

The staff that work the front there are super nice... but I definately got food poisoning from eating there last night. I had Kung pao chicken, brocolli beef, and chow mein.

This location is near where I live and I go here pretty often and they always barely pour food. I pay for a plate but they’ll barely pour chow mein and chicken. You need to stop being so greedy.

Food is fresh and yummy. Employees are friendly and willing to customize orders.

Love the food but really I’m eating in the store and yall don’t even fill the stuff nearly all the way:((
We were in on February 22nd during the evening and I was with my daughter. The woman at the cash register was so helpful and could see that I had my hands full, offering to help take our food over to our table. Thank you for the kindness.

This place is literally the worst location in Vancouver.Stingy portions. Orange/ Beijing never has that crunch and is undercooked with dough always falling off. Most things are just sloppy and undercooked. Lots of training necessary 😊
For a Panda Express, it was wonderful.

A few weeks ago, I was not feeling well, it was some RSV that left me with flu type symptoms. I didn’t eat for days. When I felt I could finally ate, the only thing I wanted was the Pepper Steak from Panda Express - the only thing is that I do not like onions which are mixed in - we requested no onions or at least as few as possible. I knew that this would be a difficult thing and maybe I was asking for too much, but goodness they came through. I greatly appreciate the time they took to assist with that - the food was fantastic. But what stood out even more was their willingness to take the time to help when they didn’t have to. Actions like that go a long way with me and I know there are a chain and my patronage may not make a difference, but I know I am getting food from a place that was kind enough to do that. Thank you so much.
