Today was my best experience at this location so far. 12/15/25. Whoever was cooking around 6pm is great. Every single item we purchased was prepared perfectly, which never happens. We had to wait a bit in the drive through but it was well worth it. Service was polite and apologetic about the wait.
Only 4 stars because this isn't usually the case here and we often get items left out of our bag and food that is overcooked or spiced more than the recipe etc.

I’m at Panda Express right now to pick up an order, but the employees here aren’t preparing my order. They’re very inattentive because when I arrived, there was no one else here. After I came, 5 or 6 customers arrived, ordered their food, and left — but I’ve been waiting here for half an hour. Now I want to rate this experience.

Wrote a poor review some time ago and now I'm back. I was eating their chow mein when I noticed I couldn't chew through a piece of cabbage, thats because it was PLASTIC. I can't believe these people are cooking plastic into their food. This location needs to be shut down. This is dangerous to customers.
My go to when I don't want to cook . Love the multiple portion sizes and the food is always great .

If I could rate zero star I would. When your hours say you close at 10:30 and you have customers coming at 10:00 and you turn them away by saying you don't have food prepared. Whats the point of Fast food hours saying you close at 10:30? You should be serving food until close, turing away multiple customers is just poor service if you ask me.
