There are ones that are great and there are ones that are not. The one on mill plan depends on the group working.
They are good. Sometimes you can get a group that are very bias. Also for we pay don't match the portions we get. This is why I don't go that much anymore. This one is clean I don't use the restroom there so don't know about that. Go see and eat there for yourself. That's the best way also to know.

The portion is big and delicious. Friendly staff and clean environment. Oh and they have egg plant with tofu! Very pleased with how well it runs. Will be back!
So one time I went to this location and when I tried to order nobody was there and I was waiting for like 20 - 30 minutes. When I went to the drive thru window the employees were just walking around or whatever. The only thing that saves this review from being 1 star is the food being good

The food was OK ,never order online. It took over 40 minutes and nobody was in line. You’re better off just going inside and ordering.

We ordered 1 bowl and 1 regular plate. The eggplant tofu entree in the bowl had just one single piece of tofu in it. The rest was eggplant. My 2 entree plate was missing a full entree. Pretty disappointed this visit.

I’m extremely frustrated with this Panda Express. I come here often after work because they’re open late, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I order, something is missing—usually my orange chicken or the condiments. This isn’t a one-time mistake; it keeps happening.
Most recently, my order was marked as ready, yet I waited an additional 20 minutes past the promised time. Then, for the third time now, my order was still wrong because the orange chicken was forgotten again. At that point, it feels careless rather than accidental.
When you’re tired after work and relying on a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to receive the food I paid for without repeated delays and missing items. Unfortunately, this location has failed to deliver that far too often.

Panda Express is always amaIng. The place was neat and clean and even though it was super busy, the workers were still smiling and very cordial. That was impressive. One benefit of a chain restaurant, the food is always the same: very delicious and perfectly cooked no matter where you go. The people, that's what makes a difference and the team at this location is to applaud.

Went thru the drive thru and waited 15 min for my order and food. They messed up my order and Im pretty unhappy about it. I asked for the honey walnut shrimp in the side container of a bigger plate and they put a different entrée in it. I ask for this specificly for my flavor profile... not satisfied.

Bad service
More sewing done all day today, November 12th, everything is sewn badly
I have always been pleased with this Panda Express, but not tonight. I went thru the drive thru. There was 1 car in front of me. There were no more than 6 orb7 cars parked in lot. I waited approximately 8 minutes to move to order speaker. It only took a couple of to be acknowledged another 10 minutes for my order to be taken. The staff taking my order spoke very broken e glish & I had to repeat my order twice. Whe. I got to windows to pay it was another 7 or 8 minutes. I was told at 6:30 pm that I needed exactly change or card, there were no coins. It's dinner time & there were no coins in register & I saw only two people working. Maybe it was an off night, but I have rsrely experienced such poor customer service from a drive thru.

All's I wanted was hot food. I wish my food would have been left under the heat lamp not next to the register while I waited 12 minutes for my entree to be ready 🥹
