Papa Johns Pizza

Absolutely terrible tonight. Normally this location is really good. Tonight it was completely disgusting. Not even edible. We tossed 3 pizzas and wings because of how nasty it was. Cold and sloppy. Pretty sure we got food poisoning.

One of the most positive experiences that left me with a warm heart and a smile knowing people are still caring and compassionate. Speaking of that I want to mention Angel (imagine the name) was such a good soul and I appreciate his compassion for people and his service was outstanding. And last but not least is Cassie whom is just compassionate both warm welcoming and need a raise. If I was treated like they treated me everyone would come enjoy your pizza everyday. My heart goes out to the rest of the crew that work there and know you are special too making it a positive experience for all that come there. Always good food good price & correct to order.

I bought a 20 oz Dr Pepper. I opened it up and it had no carbonation. And he said that wasn’t suppose to make a sound. A employee named Corbin would not give me a new soda so I asked for a refund. He was not professional at all.

Worst place to order from. Left me and my children sitting at the dinner table waiting for pizza. When I called they told me that they went to a dentist office to deliver my pizza, but that was not my address. Rude management, didn't even try to fix their mistake. Will never use their services again. I will stick to pizza hut who actually knows how to follow directions to get someone their food. (BTW they never left the store to deliver because I put that I will pay cash instead of card)

Look, I know Papa Johns pizza is not the best pizza, but you can’t beat childhood nostalgia. I’ve been eating Papa Johns for over 20 years across the country. But Since moving to Vancouver I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times it’s terrible. I tried the Orchards PJ location just to verify it’s not me, and yes, this place is confirmed bad. The bread is flat and dense like it was over kneaded or missing yeast and the sauce is much sweeter, like Dominos. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was using another pizza chain recipe.

It’s a clean store with nice people, but the pizza is a consistent miss.

Whenever I crave pizza I seem to always think back to my childhood favorite place, Papa John’s. However, every time I order from this store I always seem to be dissatisfied. The latest disappointment revolves around my pizza being delivered luke warm, after it was delivered 30 mins late. This store uses DoorDash to decrease their delivery costs but jacks up the price of your pizza since fees are now included in the cost. After eating half my pizza I started feeling sick and regretted ordering. Every experience I have with this store ends in disappointment and I’m not sure why I try again every year.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, pull apart cinnamon bites, and one order of wings. Received 3 large pizzas meant for another customer on the opposite side of town from us. Tried calling the store repeatedly only to have the dial tone ring until it disconnected. Tried dialing to place a new order so I could talk to someone in store and inform them about the issue, only to have someone answer and explain that they don't work at that store and only take the orders then send it through their systems to the store? Like, are you serious right now? Now I'm going to have to go to the store to talk to them in person since the guy I was talking to tried to connect and transfer me over only to also be unable to connect to the store? Papa John's corporate needs to get their act together.

Ordered online and for delivery at 6:30pm. Pizza arrived at 5:35. Not the drivers fault but by the time everyone is home ready to eat, it will need reheating. Not cool Papa John's.

Ordered a buffalo boneless chicken wings. This is what we got... Boneless chicken nuggets with 10% covered in the buffalo sauce.
