If you are gonna purchase papa johns I would not recommend this exact location, Bad customer service , guy made my pizza with no gloves after taking my payment and handling change/dollar bills i understand papa johns isnt a five star restaurant and is a lower tier pizza establishment, but i Im a paying customer and expect a little more then rude service and a germ infected pizza dudes beard was all crazy looking and they don’t wear hair nets…

I placed an online order for pickup, and when I went to the restaurant there were 3-4 employees in the back corner prepping other pizzas. Mine was already made and sitting under the heat lamp. I waited the duration of two songs (probably 5-6 minutes) without being acknowledged and then retrieved the pizza myself. I am not sure if that's what they expected me to do? If so, there should have been a sign, if not, well... I did it anyway. I made brief eye contact with a taller guy, but was overall ignored by all.

Ordered a large C b and pineapple the driver delivered the pizza to my neighbors house and when I called they first said they delivered it to my house but I had to tell her I am standing here with no pizza finally she realized it was delivered to the wrong place so when I asked if I could get something off or ? and they just said there working on it and offered nothing for their mistake and had to wait another half hour . TOTALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Yesterday, 09/07/24, I ordered pizza and Pepsi. The courier brought only pizza, there was no Pepsi, although Papa John's took the money. If the amount was not large, but when we called the pizzeria, we were told that they did not know anything. Until yesterday, we were their regular customers.
