Ordered Papa John’s and the pizza itself was made correctly. The issue was the DoorDash driver. When it seemed late, I checked the front step and the pizza was just sitting there on the ground. No knock, no doorbell, and it was about 45° outside, so of course it was cold. The pizza was also squished against the side of the box like it wasn’t handled carefully. This isn’t the store’s fault — it’s because Papa John’s uses DoorDash now. I called the store and the person I spoke with was very nice, understood the situation, and immediately offered to remake the pizza and report the driver. the replacement pizza was what we were expecting, delivered warm and not damaged, so that did make things right. Giving 4 stars because delivery still matters, but the store handled it well.

Spent almost 100.00 on two pizzas and garlic knots to be delivered. I requested both pizzas to be well done. Get the pizzas and they are definitely not well done. They were damn near raw. Had to put them back into the over so we could eat. Super frustrating!

From the moment we placed our order at Papa John’s in Vancouver, everything felt easy and reliable, just good pizza done right. I must’ve been in line with this guy because we both got the same horrible service. They quoted me a time and was almost 25 minutes late. When I arrived, they clicked over and said the item was ready when it wasn’t just shorten their times. Then I watched my food. Sit on the rack for 10 minutes while they tried to remake food because they messed up.Horrible horrible. we’ve been using this Papa John’s since we moved into our house in the neighborhood about nine years ago. This is by far the worst I’ve seen the service here. It makes me think about just not using them anymore. Not to mention I get home and my pizza is pretty much cold

not sure what’s going on with this Papa John’s We’ve ordered from them for probably the last 10 years and they’ve had their hit and Mrs.. I’ve never seen them. Have two really bad back to back deliveries. I have no idea what happened and why they switched to DoorDash. I placed a order on August 22 and had a set time. The pizza basically sat there for 20 minutes before I called the store and asked what’s up. She told me that they had switched to DoorDash and the guy was on his way. I told her just hold the food and I’d come get it. It was ridiculous. Didn’t refund me my delivery fee or the tip that I gave just basically said cold pizza. Got home pizza was literally lukewarm. It was disgusting.
fast-forward to August 25 went and did carry out this time because I figured I didn’t want DoorDash. Supposed to be picked up at 8:13 with the latest it was due. I walked in at 8:13. The gal realize my food hadn’t been made walked back there made my food and then told me it was gonna be about 10 minutes. No clue what’s going on with the store but definitely needs to have something taken a look at.
at this point, I’m probably switching over to Domino’s for anything delivery because I’m not dealing with DoorDash. Carry out though highly disappointed I can’t believe they’ve gone to poop in literally like two months. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but it is not clicking over at the store anymore

When calling in an order its impossible to get the people answering to stop trying to sell you more then your ordering. I started ordering for this location in troutdale to pick up on my way home and had to keep telling them no for 20 minutes. Buy time I got my order placed I was 3 minutes from the location and should have just ordered when i got there. Worse the people answering the phone dont seem to be in the USA and their translation of the process is lengthy and rude when told NO.
