I went to papa murphys 3 days a week for a year and i called this support center for help because i recognized my addiction and they offered me a free a tub of cookie dough. No help. I weigh 400 pounds now. Thanks alot, would not recommend

We just picked up a pizza . The crust was soaking in sauce over and under the edge the edge. They decided to save the cheese and douse with sauce . The kids hate it

Just purchased a large hog heaven pizza. Barely enough toppings to cover the dough. Called restaurant and was told they had a portion chart and 7 slices of Canadian bacon was correct for a large pizza. Spent over 20 dollars for this pizza. What a rip off. Bought my last Pappa Murphy's pizza. Very dissatisfied I would've gotten more toppings on a frozen pizza

The manager of the Papa Murphys in ********* off of 17th street in **************** is so nice. Shes so bubbly. Seems to have an amazing crew as well. I will only go to this location from now on because of her. That has been the best customer service I had in a very long time.

This is a support center, not a restaurant. You can't get pizza here.

Their crust has been sticking and bubbling to were it is ruining the pizza. I was told yoi are making it healthier if I wanted healthy I wouldn't buy pizza. Please leave it alone.

I order a gift card online & it's way overdue for arrival. I called their customer service rep and she was not going to help me. She wouldn't even give me a USPS tracking number. She said she can't help me instructed me to call them. I have never had such rude phone customer service in my life.

The customer service was the best! Everyone that worked there was very intelligent and sweet. However we came home and followed the instructions to bake the pizza that had meat on it. An hour later I have been watching him throw up and have diarrhea. I’m very hurt by this situation because I am homeless and bought this with food stamps! And I feel like they did this on purpose!

i ordered a pizza from Meridian, Idaho Papa Murphys. This location is on McMillan/Locust Grove area. I wanted the $6.00 Make and Take - but apparently the company no longer sells these. I SPECIFICALLY asked him not to put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, because of my allergies - severe allergies!! When Jack repeated my order on July 21, 2018, he said w/ extra Parmesan? I said “No, no Parmesan.” He said, I know. I was just joking. I hung up disgusted because it’s not a joke. What it is though, is a life threatening situation for me. I called back and cancelled my order. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would!

My wife went to pops Murphy's, prairie due sac, last month and ordered 2 pizzas. One of the pizzas was missing some of the toppings. She called the store and found that the asst. Manager was the one that made our pizzas. My wife talked to the asst. manager. She denied she missed any toppings. My wife corrected her. The asst. manager offered my wife a tub of no bake cookiedoe.
