I'll save you the trouble for finding a good cup of coffee in the Vancouver area. Go to Paper Tiger. After 4 days in the area and hitting different coffee shops, this is the only one I returned to. And when I'm back for a visit, this is where I'll go. Smooth, robust brew. It's a perfectly executed roast. So glad I found it!

Solid coffee shop! They roast their own beans. Coffee is tasty. Cold brews are fruity and not bitter. Drip coffee fantastic too. Lighter roasts so more origin flavors vs burnt coffee which seems to be the norm elsewhere. My favorite shop in Vancouver. Keep doin your thing, Paper Tiger. :)

Paper tiger has the best coffee. I've tried many beans and I always come back to them. Every visit, my coffee is amazing. I will give 5 stars but the only thing is the posters/pictures on the walls are a bit too much, kind of satanic. I've been coming here for 10 years and it's been happening recently, in which I don't bring my kids in anymore. Otherwise they are my go to place!

My friends and I have been coming to this delightful little coffee shop every Friday for a year and a half now. The cozy atmosphere and small town vibe with it's eclectic decor makes for a very comforting experience. The staff is always fun and upbeat and remembers our names. Brittney, the owner, has scored a win with this little gem!

Great place! Will definitely visit again. Only reason service lost a star was because they were not open at the time they listed they would be and I nearly had to go the day without coffee. Once I got the coffee though, man it was bomb good. Probably gonna order their house roasted beans and see how I like their Sumatra at home in my French Press.

I loved this place. They were roasting some coffee when I came in, and the ambience is great. I just got a simple latté, and it was good enough to drown out the noise of my kids complaining that I stopped for quality coffee.

The staff close early often, and if you arrive 45mins before they close, they will do everything in their power to make you feel unwelcome so that you go ahead and leave, even telling you you can’t sit outside because they are closing (even though they’re not closing for a long time). Lattes are inconsistent- sometimes amazing, sometimes I’m unable to drink them. These problems have been consistent the entire 5yrs I’ve lived here, and since there are so many other shops to choose from, I have finally just decided to give up.
