You know what they say; “if you want to find love, go to the paper tiger.” I love when my senses are so delicately assaulted by the different roasting aromas. I love how the low rumble of the roasting gears rock my soul to sleep like a new born. I love how the baristas’ gentle conversation swoons me to mellow like the sirens of Greek lore. Amazing ambiance and staff. Love the overall vibe of this place it’s very warm and welcoming. With that said it pains me to say that their coffee was absolutely dismal. For a place that roasts their own coffee and is so close to other great PDX coffee roasters and shops, I expected better coffee. Also, the bakery items they offer were somewhat generic and not really that great. It’s a bummer because I had high hopes for this place.
They make good coffee drinks, i ordered the mocha and they had a good of milk to foam ratio and not overpowered flavors in anyway. Also, their large is really large which is practically two drinks. Seating is small but still works for a quick take away
