My coworker and I come here on Monday afternoons and every time we are greeted and perfectly cared for! Jeanine and Jordan are our absolute favorite barista’s! Jeanine is so thoughtful and helpful with whatever questions and preferences we have. Both Jordan and Jeanine are quick and polite when prepping our orders. Even when it’s slammed and there is a long line of people and only 2 to 3 workers they are efficient and hardworking. When someone mistook their drink and promptly spilt it, they were right there ready to clean it up and continue to give their best to everyone. I can always count on them to make me a drink that I’m craving! Thank you Jeanine and Jordan!!

Absolutely love this coffee shop location specifically. They’re amazing. I came today around 1 pm and they were slammed and super understaffed, they notified the wait might be longer than usual but I saw everyone working together to try to do their best to accommodate the guests waiting. Im just blown away by how awesome Janine, Nushi, and jordan rocked their shift and got guests in and out with not much staffing and on a the first Sunday of the year and a busy one at that! Will continue coming back to this Peet’s loyally as long as these mvps are here.

Food and coffee was great and so was our service , However I watched a woman walk in and politely ask if she could have water, the cashier was super nice and you could tell her hands were tied but she said per management that they couldn’t not give anybody water unless the bought something. Tap water is basic human decency. I could tell the cashier felt horrible about it , the policy is insane and inhumane. The lady bought a $3 cheese stick and got her water. As good as everything was I won’t go here again unless that policy changes. Shame on the management/ corporate policy.

I stopped in for the very first time over the weekend because I wanted to try one of their special drinks. The Dubai Style Chocolate Matcha. The experience was just okay. The service wasn’t great, staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming. The drink itself was fine but nothing impressive, especially considering Peet’s usual reputation. The drink was very lightly sweet, but I could barely taste the chocolate or the matcha flavor. The only thing I could really taste was the pistachio. Not a bad drink, but I was expecting more. It was spendy for how small it was and it’s not something I’d order again. Not a terrible visit, but not one I’d go out of my way to repeat.

I make online orders here every Sunday. But this Sunday the cashier was so rude for no reason. My order isn't where it normally was, and was placed in a bag by the door so I missed it. I patiently waited and then asked. They just told me to put another order in. But I said I already paid. So they were just totally okay with me ordering more than once, even though I already paid. I just rolled my eyes and left. Bc it would've taken her two second on her tablet to see that she just made my order. I thought someone stole it. I've worked in customer service myself for yearsss. Miscommunications happen but there is no reason for the cashier to be rude and snotty. She acted like she didn't want me to be there even though it's her job and I was being kind the entire time.
Good coffee. Consistent in taste, I go here quite often and my biggest complaint with most coffee shops is the consistency. One day it'll be delicious and the next burnt. I have yet to get one bad drink here regardless of the employee who made the drink. The staff are very friendly and prices are similar to others. All around a good coffee shop
