I love this store, the employees are always so kind and helpful when giving recommendations and very patient with any questions I may have. I come here almost once a week just to get coffee beans, and EVERYTIME I leave feeling better than when I left :) thanks to the crew at Peet’s!!

I make online orders here every Sunday. But this Sunday the cashier was so rude for no reason. My order isn't where it normally was, and was placed in a bag by the door so I missed it. I patiently waited and then asked. They just told me to put another order in. But I said I already paid. So they were just totally okay with me ordering more than once, even though I already paid. I just rolled my eyes and left. Bc it would've taken her two second on her tablet to see that she just made my order. I thought someone stole it. I've worked in customer service myself for yearsss. Miscommunications happen but there is no reason for the cashier to be rude and snotty. She acted like she didn't want me to be there even though it's her job and I was being kind the entire time.

Good coffee. Consistent in taste, I go here quite often and my biggest complaint with most coffee shops is the consistency. One day it'll be delicious and the next burnt. I have yet to get one bad drink here regardless of the employee who made the drink. The staff are very friendly and prices are similar to others. All around a good coffee shop

Always a great experience at this location. Warm and welcoming team members goes to show how well they are being treated. I really appreciated the Barista suggesting their Ripple milk as a plant based alternative. It was so foamy and delicious. Highly suggest trying it out. 🙂

RUDEST BARISTA EVER!
I've gone to this Pete's every day for over a year. Many of the employees there are great, but there's a blonde girl who is so unpleasant it's crazy. She has the worst attitude and there's no reason for how bad she treats me. Today she slams the coffee cups down in front of me and then seems irritated when I ask for a lid (there aren't any that fit properly in the common area). No one who works directly with customers should treat people this way!
