Their food is pretty good with fair prices! I had the Brothers Special Pho and the pork banh mi - highly recommended! The pho broth needs no additions. Their service is indiscriminately excellent; so far, not a single bad experience with the wait staff. The restaurant is clean and smells pleasantly of pho spices.

Food is always very good. Just make sure you get there with plenty of time before closing. Today we were eating at the table and were told we couldn't order additional food, even though it was 20 mins before closing because they had closed the kitchen early while we were still there eating. I've never seen a restaurant turn customers away like that. I won't be going back for a very long time, even though the food is pretty good, because the service isn't on the same level at all.
The food was extremely tasty we got a vermicelli noodle bowl and subbed for white rice. Pho brother was really tasty and tasted light and fresh. The service was so great, we will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in on the way back home from Portland and must say we have a new food stop on our trips down south. The broth was some of the best we have had in a long while we did not leave a drop left in our bowls. The fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce were also very authentic

Dine - in and waited for 30 minutes! They confessed that they forgot our order. Not going back again! Don’t deserve our going back again!
Stopped for lunch. Good food and good service. I prefer this place to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.

Pho Brothers has become my go-to pho spot here in Vancouver. I usually stick with my usual order at any pho restaurant—Pho Tai Nam (rare beef and brisket)—and they do it really well. The broth is packed with flavor, though on the sweeter side, so I tend to go light on the hoisin sauce. Still, the overall taste is solid and pretty close to some of the popular pho places over in SE Portland.
As for their Vietnamese coffee, it’s a bit different than the traditional style. It’s lighter, and I didn’t get that strong coffee kick or rich condensed milk flavor. It almost seems like they use half and half instead, which makes it smoother but not as bold as I’m used to.
All in all, Pho Brothers is a good spot if you're craving a solid bowl of pho in Vancouver.

Best prices for what you get. Simple. Family owned. Friendly. but most importantly...consistent. If you have a favorite, I promise it will taste exactly the same every single time. I go here once a month. Good location.

Really enjoyed this place. The pho was GREAT. Great broth and meat. Fresh sprouts and plenty of jalapeño slices. Their thai iced tea was delicious. No complaints. I highly recommend this place for a great local pho.
