Food Tasted normal as like the other restaurants. Portion size was small, especially for the PHO. I had like only four pieces of meat in my noodle soup. The noodle portion was also very small. I end up having to buy a second meal to feel a little bit more filling. The host has a deadpan face with zero smile the entire time I say poor customer service from him. The lady staff were quite friendly.

I’m quite piss off for the tiny amount of food they gave me for the amount of money I have spend.

I stopped in on my way to TJs, and had the lemongrass pork bahn mi and an iced coffee. I really liked the bahn mi. It had a nice balance of ingredients, and I especially liked that I could taste the pâté. Other places skimp on it or don't put any at all. It was also a nice price, $8.50 at the time of this writing. The cà phê sữa đá however was a pass. It just tasted odd and a bit watery. If I go back I will try the boba instead.

I've been coming to this place for years, except I skipped a yr, now I just visited the place and boy, the FOOD quality/quantity has surely gone down the hill.

THIS IS NOT your average pho house where you get a lot of noodles or meat. Even #1 special is the size of a kid's bowl. Come'on, at $17 bucks +, there should be more meat and noodles. And they skimp on the veg garnish.

This is what happens when ownership change and they cater only to WHITE folks. Any Asian Pho place on 82nd SE/Portland has bigger bowls and more veg garnish.

I will not be coming back.

I've been going to this place for more than a couple of years. Every time we want Vietnamese food, we always think of this place. I'll let my picture say it all. This is not the first time that I ordered this dish and got this amount. It's been more than 3 times so it's safe to say that I probably won't be ordering from this place anymore when I can order the same dish same price but I get more. I'm not angry but I'm rather sad that Pho House did something like this to customers.

The BEST banh mi I’ve had between Vancouver and Portland. They don’t skimp on the fillings and the fresh baked bread is the bees knees.

Best place for bahn mis with fresh bread made daily. Couldn't find anything in Portland...and reasonably priced. Definitely, hard to find in Portland

This is hand down the best Pho broth in town, I always get P3 and add a little hoisin/chili paste/chili pepper oil that they have ready at the table for you. They give you a plentiful plate of bean sprouts Thai basil, a juicy lime wedge & FRESH jalapeño! It’s a nice quiet place to slurp down some nice (I make mine very spicy) soup and I love their tofu salad rolls w/peanut sauce. I also always get their Taro or blueberry bubble tea and their bubbles have never disappointed! It’s so good I always wanna take home a bahn Mi for later lol

I will not be coming back. I had P2 ( Pho Tai). The portion was small. Not even the size of a small at other place. Lots of broth. I had 3 bites and it was done. I order side or rice. They charged me $4 for a scoop of white rice. The Pho is NOT special. There are plenty of Pho restaurant in Portland and Vancouver. I personally would not pay $20 for a bowl of Pho here. Plain noodles and steam White rice are cheap.

Only reviewing boba tea. It was bad, bland in flavor and all of the boba was stuck together in a giant lump in both drinks ordered. Too expensive to be such poor quality.

I wish I had a more positive experience but I ordered take out and no silverware was provided to eat the meal. Also, I requested no cilantro and they added it in cut up small pieces on top of the meat and noodles so it’s impossible to remove. There was one lime wedge for the “large” pho order and it was turning yellowish like it was old. I’ve ordered pho from other places and this one feels like they don’t provide fresh ingredients or accurate description of the product.

Best Bahn mi I've had. Excellent bread with the perfect crust. Super friendly staff, fast service, and the price can't be beat

We went here for a friend’s kid birthday party about 20-30 people last friday. these people didn’t even have the room set up what so ever. and then they double booked the room. then sat other customers with the party going on. for god sake we even had to ask for our own water. then after 45min they started trying to rush the first party because the second party was arriving. Food ordered was rushed and super bland. felt sorry for my friend wasted a nice lump of cash on a restaurant that don’t give any appreciation to a person who booked a party months in advanced. straight garbage! don’t go here at best their pho is 2.5 or a 3 score. technically green papaya, my pho, and pho vi vi vian dances circles around this pho place.
