Too brightly lit, and lights are bare, which can hurt your eyes if you're sensitive to light.

The pho is amazing though, simple, and well prepared. Some of the best I've had.

There are 2 Pho places right next to each other here. This one and Pho Tango. I have eaten at both. This one Pho Saigon has better Pho. The other one is bigger restaurant and nicer atmosphere. Both still good.
