Ordered ahead for a 730pm pick up. Got there at 720pm and the food was already made. I instantly knew the food was made probably 20-30 minutes before I showed up because I was 10 minutes early. Touched the food and it was cold. Finally ate the food and the pita itself was doughy. Halfway through it was just soup in a pita because of the jalapeño ranch sauce that was in there and I had to throw it away. Additionally, the service was not friendly.

Under new ownership with significant language barrier and appears they no longer offer custom pita orders. The language isn’t that big of a deal and should be considered strictly informational.

The low review stems from business tactic regarding pita construction, or lack there of. While it makes sense on paper to limit custom pitas, it did not consider the customer experience that Pita Pit lovers have come to know. New ownership has made the experience clunky and significantly downgraded the time in store for the client.

Completely changed everything. Falafel is not what falafel should be. Got peoples sandwiches confused, it's not longer Pita Pit. RIP boom boom sauce and get fillings. Dagwood is gone off the menus.

Our family has been going her for years. We love the food. There was more to be desired with the staff the last time we ate in house. You could tell they truly did not want to be working. It also took us a few moments to get someone to the front to help us with the frozen yogurt payment next door. We now order exclusively our food to go and highly enjoy the food on a regular basis. A great alternative to burgers and such when you are on the go with kids too.

For the second time, I come to pick up a DoorDash order, and they haven’t even started it! Nobody speaks English, and are scattered. The last time, I had to come back twice, and they still didn’t start the order!!! Yet DoorDash charged me! Stay away from this place. The new owners are the worst!

In December of 2023, I got the worst food poisoning of my life from this Pita Pit. Had the chicken souvlaki in a pita. Will never at here again.
