First off, let me just say, I used to love pita pit, I would come fairly regularly and have been going to Pita pits for about 15 years now. However, I went again today and found out that Pita Pit has implemented a new system, which I hate. Now you go to the register and order your food, and they make it behind the glass, which they’ve covered so it’s hard to see.One of the reasons that I used to come to Pita pit is because I could tell them exactly how I wanted it made, and watch them make it. Otherwise, it’s really nothing that special.Unfortunately, their new system led to my pita being made incorrectly for the first time EVER, because I couldn’t see them make it. They left off several of the sauces and spices that I asked for, it was very bland, not at all the flavor I like. I also ordered falafels and they gave me hummus instead of the tzatziki sauce.I would STRONGLY encourage pita pit to revert to their old system, and/or for this franchise owner to go back to it. Otherwise, I’ll be done with Pita Pit.If I go again, I’m going to ask they make it the old way, if they refuse, then I’ll be done for good. Such a shame. I’m still giving them 4 stars because I don’t want the franchise owner to be hurt for this new stupid policy from pita pit.

Delicious food. I love eating here. They’ve recently changed the menu. Some removals that I miss are: jalapeños, bbq sauce, honey mustard and parmesan. Recently tried the chicken souvlaki with tzatziki and schug and it’s amazing.

One of my new favorite places in Vancouver for food. Based on the appearance of the restaurant, you would not expect the food to be so good and freshly made. I was expecting a Subway or Quiznos vibe the first time I went, but it’s truly California-quality food.I think they should re-brand to a more of a cute greek restaurant because this food deserves better branding

Really enjoyed their food and it made me very happy to see that the owner enjoyed what she was doing. The smile on her face as she was cooking made the food that much better.
We ordered a falafel and chicken bacon wrap. Both were very filling. Ingredients were fresh. The staff was very friendly. It is a small restaurant but it did have a little outdoor area that was adequate. Overall, I would return.

Terrible customer service. If you have celiac or are gluten free DO NOT GO HERE. I got so very sick after I told them I had celiac and he didn't care to clean up or change his gloves. I really hope they take this into consideration. I don't choose to be gluten free I have to, to stay alive. I don't know how they stay open..

If you are gluten free DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The owner is unwilling to clean or change gloves. I have celiac and got very sick when I ordered a gluten free wrap and told them my situation. They do not take it serious. So do not eat here if you are gluten free or celiac. So rude they have good food but it sucks when business owners act this way.
