Usually this Pizza Hut is good but tonight it failed. Ordered online for contactless delivery and when I arrived I called the location, they said the pizza was ready and he was on his way out. Sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes before calling back and she brought out a pizza that had been sitting in a heater for 10 mins. She did comp me wings but even that was a communication breakdown.

Pepperoni pizza maybe had 10 pepperonis an entire pizza & tasted sour. My veggie pizza the crust was white no flavor Didn’t even look all the way cooked. The cheese pizza was the only thing that turned out decent total thumbs down I will never come there again

Contactless doesn't mean anti-social. I was tempted to give a negative review, but I cut the kid some slack (seems like her first job). Aside from them not acknowledging my presence making me wait, as I had was the only one there and pre-ordered well in advance and then taking my money. The food turned out okay

Worst customer service, recieved a cold pizza missing the chicken I payed for didn’t get the condiments I asked for then when I proceeded to call to get refund or a hot pizza the person on duty got angry at me and hung up! Called back they hung up so called from another phone they forwarded my call to the national customer service now waiting for driver to return to get my refund! Do not order from here they are very inappropriate to the customers!

I ordered online a large, stuffed crust pizza with three toppings. What I got was regular UNSTUFFED crust, with two toppings (see photos below). I called to report the mistake, as I paid $5 EXTRA for the crust. The manager said the employees must have forgotten to call me before making my order to let me know they ran out of one of the toppings, and for some reason they couldn’t make that crust. I said “ok, so can I be refunded the extra amount I paid for the pizza?” In my head I was thinking I should be refunded all of it, because I was bummed out about the crust and gave the $25 DOLLAR PIZZA AWAY because it was also missing a topping I was craving. This may seem silly, but it’s one of those things where you’re already feeling upset over something that happened that day, and so you do something to cheer yourself up, but it goes wrong and turns out to make your day feel worse. It’s like the cherry on top. I went to Pizza Hut over dominos (I usually go to dominos) because they specifically could make that stuffed crust. I had a rough day and was just craving it. The reviews on yelp have 2.5 stars. I figured “hey, it’s just one pizza, they can’t possibly mess it up right?” But they did. The manager was super kind, and the staff was also friendly. I get it. We’re human. We aren’t perfect. The manager said he couldn’t refund my credit card, but he could give me $25 of store credit. I said okay that sounds great. But it’s been almost 3 days, and there’s no $25 store credit refunded to my account....I’ve tried contacting customer service, and all they did was forward the email to the store manager. This is why I give this specific location 2 stars. The staff was kind, but the service and communication is terrible. Please go somewhere else to get your pizza.

I live in a brand new cul-de-sac and because their computer system doesn't show that my address is real even though there's a house outside of my cul-de-sac that they can go off of for the address they won't deliver to me. This to me is considered bad customer service because common sense which is clearly something they don't have would say OK will go down into the cul-de-sac off of the address you provided and deliver your f****** pizza. Clearly they don't want business in a time where you need business. Looks like a real address to me. I guess that's what you get when you hire children to do a job. They don't have the common sense or the work ethics to find an address. GFY !

So apparently I can't leave more than one review. So I deleted my old one so I can start a new one. I ordered two pizzas tonight, both similar except for one specific topping. I got two pizzas the exact same. That's not what I wanted. So I called, and told them the mistake, and the manager told me they would get my new pizza out to me. An hour and 15 minutes later I got the correct Pizza (even though I was told it would only take 45 minutes). Still doesn't change the fact that they messed up in the first place. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this particular restaurant messing up.I know it kind of seems Petty that I would be upset about one topping, but pizzas are expensive.

absolutely the worst service. I walked out to see the delivery guy drop my 81 dollars of food on my doorstep. My wing box looked like it was used as a soccer ball. I'm a whole pie short too. Plus I've already waited 95 minutes for the food.

Wow, it's not surprising this place has abysmal reviews because the employee we just interacted with could use a major attitude adjustment. I get it, the world is experiencing a pandemic and you're stuck being "essential" and slinging pizzas to the masses. Maybe you'd rather be home playing Animal Farm - but FFS, at least be a polite human being. They have signs outside indicating the restaurant is contactless and to text a number with your name and car description and they would bring your pizza out. We pull up - park - text and then wait. And wait. And wait. App says the pizza is ready. Dude walks out and yells to the 4 cars, "Uhhh the door is OPEN! You need to come IN and get your pizza!!" Uhhh, ok?? You should take down the signs if that's the case. Guys response, "Why?" SMDH. I'm reminded why I haven't had Pizza Hut for years and why I'll stick to other businesses.

There were huges areas of my pizza that had no cheese, there were barely any toppings on my pizza, half of the cheesy bread had no cheese, and when I tried to call I got hung up on 4 times before I finally got through, just to be told I can either get a credit to my account or wait at least an hour for a new pizza. I wouldn't buy this from the freezer section of the dollar store. Now I've been on hold for over half an hour to speak to a manager

This is an old chain of pizza parlors however the pizza is really good & most of their business is takeout so it's not crowded ?

My wife and I want to thank all the staff at the highway 99 Pizza Hut for their kind and patient service. My wife called a few days ahead to let them know we'd be celebrating our daughter's birthday there -- with 9 of her 5th grade friends! (It's one of the few local Pizza Hut restaurants with a dining room.) The staff remained friendly and patient as they delivered pizza and bread sticks to a very excited and fairly loud group of kids. Not everyone is patient with kids -- but they seemed unfazed by them. And we really appreciated that. As well, the manager said it was "OK" that we bring our own dessert in -- birthday cupcakes. The pizza and bread sticks were also ready in about 20 minutes -- which is key when you have a group of hungry kids. Fast-service workers have a tough and thankless job most days. It's hard work, for not always great pay. When I signed my Visa receipt, I hastily left a 10 percent tip -- much lower than I normally would. I should have left 20 percent, and I apologize for that. Just know I'll make that right next time I'm in. Thanks again you guys!
