Had a rather unpleasant experience not only picking up a DoorDash earlier this evening which almost cost me a violation and losing the capability to dash for seven days (luckily I kept them in the loop so that decision got reversed) but I figured I’d give em a try for dinner. Was told it’ll be to me by 1015pm (the app gave me the time) but I didn’t receive for some time afterwards. After three calls to the store (and hung up on all three times) I FINALLY got through to somebody and finally got my food delivered. To my chagrin, the pizza was barely lukewarm. Driver had it in a bag so the only explanation is that it had been sitting on the “to deliver” rack for some time before a driver was able to pick it up. Only positive was the traditional wings were on point. Unfortunately, I feel this review will fall on deaf ears because it’s not a positive review. All of the ones with three stars and below have no response but by God the five stars got “thank yous”. I think I’m done with this particular Pizza Hut. The one off of 76th Ave, which I used to work for, is always on point. Shame I can’t have them deliver to me.

I ordered on super bowl Sunday and got raw dough burnt chicken so I got a 50.00 dollar credit so I ordered the same thing two months later and raw dough again took it back the next day the manager told me that I was only getting 26.00 dollars back ending up with 34.00 after I argue with her so what happened to my credit they lied and refused to pay me the rest

I ordered a large pan pizza and got a medium rectangular pizza. I know for a fact that the rec pizzas are medium as I've worked at pizza hut before. If your out of large pans your supposed to give 2 recs as a substitute. Pizza hut is a dying business that treats there employees like garbage which in turn makes them treat the customer like garbage. I think this is the last time I will ever be ordering from ANY pizza hut again.

The pizza was great, the people working there were wonderful, and the deal we got was awesome. It was everything needed for a great experience and I really cannot commend the people there enough for being on top of everything and being helpful! They did awesome!

placed order online, waited 45 minutes for a 25-35 minute order. called 1st time, they said it was almost here, called 30 minutes later, they said cannot find order placed. I should have looked at the 2.9 rating before trying to order. won't order from here ever again. no service.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Never order from pizza ever. they don't even deliver their own pizza, they have door dash do it and then the pizza bounces around to multiple drivers before you get it. Then when you ask for a refund they refuse to give it. I will be contacting BBB and disputing the transaction with my bank

Would never order from this location I placed a order at 11pm last night said it would arrive around 11:40
Called them at :12:30 to check up on my order and over heard the manager Leilani laughing to another co worker saying you didn’t see this order it’s for delivery it was suppose to go out and after repeating myself on the phone asking did my order not get sent out she repeatedly told me to wait I waiting over a hour for my food just to have to call to find out they didn’t see my order and to get laughed at by a manager for there mistake definitely want to reach out to corporate

My wife and I wanted to try pizza hut since it’s been many years for either one of us and let me tell you, we were let down not only was the pizza undercooked and the kid working behind the counter acted as if it was such a big deal for me to order and pay for some dipping sauces but I wasn’t sure if he could hear me due to the fact that he was talking to someone on his phone through the ear bud he had in the whole time I was there. While I waited for my pizza I was gonna sit down but the chairs looked like they haven’t been cleaned in about a week and the floor was sticky with who knows what, if you are looking for pizza don’t go here you will be disappointed. The only reason I’m writing a review on here is because I received an email asking for a review and after I told them about my experience, they never responded. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Very disappointed

Requested and paid for extra cheese. no extra cheese. Employee was not friendly as well. i come here every other month and this was the poorest service and pizza to this point.

I will no longer order from here, it is literally a 5 -7 minute drive from there to here and every time my food is cold, my order is wrong & they have kept me on hold in Hope's I'll hang up waiting for the manager. Because of covid & having someone drive food to me I tipped VERY generously & was appalled at what showed up at my door. The manager finally gets on the phone and tells me I have to now drive down there and give my signature, so they can issue me a refund. Disgusting. Thanks for leaving my family hungry, pizza hut.
