Waited 2hrs for delivery order called several times was told food was on its way I call for a 3rd time & they tell me to just cancel instead umm ok after 2gra of waiting no food to eat .. disappointed 100%

Gentlemen at the front counter on 1/18 at 7pm had amazing customer service. He went above what he had to, to make my order perfect even when it was my fault for not picking incorrectly. Good customer service is hard to find these days. You guys have a good one.

Ordered delivery. Pizza arrived timely however it was very dry, had hardly any cheese and the pepperoni was all on one side.

This place is awful i saw bugs there all the time i the dishwasher wasn't working and they still had employees "run them through" the make table wasn't keeping temperature for months. management didn't care. 10/10 would not recommend

Just a suggestion. If you’re 2-hours behind on orders, just update your online order system and your pickup board for takeout inside the shop. Each time you tell your customers it’ll be another 15-minutes to buy yourself time, you’re waisting theirs. Asked for a refund quickly but your manager had an attitude and used very dismissive hand gestures handing over the receipt. It’s easier to just give a refund quietly sir. Do better.
Got pizza's here on Saturday. Very good quality, extremely nice staff and very fast.

Order was supposed to be ready at 7:13pm. Order was placed an hour ahead of time. It is now 8pm and we are still waiting in the lobby. The girl behind the counter is frantic with only one person helping (who is in training) and the manager just standing around. The person sitting next to us has been waiting over an hour for their order. Luckily we didn't pay ahead of time. On our way to NYC Pizzeria down the street. Merry Christmas
