Ordered a pizza and wings a couple Thursdays ago online. Never received either item. Called the store to tell them what happened and they transferred me to someone in customer service. Customer service then contacted the manager of said location? Not sure why I couldn’t just talk to the manager. The customer service person kept calling me the wrong name, blamed DoorDash that I didn’t get my order and that they apparently “ran off” with my order. When I said I didn’t order DoorDash they said “oh well we go through 3rd parties sometimes when we don’t have drivers”. Customer service said I’d get a refund of my $35 and some change. Never got my refund so thanks. I love giving charity money to a large corporation in exchange for nothing.

Ordered a medium 2 topping, chicken and onion with extra buffalo sauce. This is the strangest buffalo chicken pizza Ive ever tasted. I don't taste buffalo sauce nor do I see any reddish looking sauce but I do taste the tavern dust seasoning, and my extra cheese. It's a good pizza I just think it's the thinnest buffalo sauce ever if they put it on here at all. Very nice gentleman behind the counter.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a carry out pizza tonight and normally always do from Pizza Hut. They’re my go to! However tonight they got my pizza wrong. Yeah I should have checked before I left but I didn’t. Got all the way home and realized it wasn’t what my fiancée ordered. I drive all the way back to the store and they wouldn’t let me keep the pizza. Say it’s “policy” that they have to take the pizza back. I’ve worked in food service for so many places and NEVER have I had to collect the food back to throw away to “confirm the order was wrong”
I Always have a good experience with the workers here, fast food and always helpful if an issue did come! Only Pizza Hut I got to.

Little over a month ago I had somebody go down and pick of my order I live in Longview I am bed ridden due to a major stroke. I cannot go down there anymore so this is an extra special treat for me to be able to have it. upon getting my order I never received my cinnabons or my wings that was very disappointing to me. I called the company and somebody told me that there was a replacement for them that was added to my account along with a credit. 2 days ago my caregiver called in and tried to activate it and were told no, nothing's there on your account for it it expires after 30 days. Well some of us aren't able to get down there in 30 days I just hope they make it right this next time. Today I get the chance I've got another person going down today, I'm going to give them one more try. I will update..
Update I ordered my pizza to be stuffed crust and I never got them that way so I guess I won't be going back
