I ordered a customized super supreme with extra marinara sauce, but they made one with NO marinara sauce! And no response after I later told them about the mistake. Very rude. Very irresponsible. I'll never use that store again.

I ordered a pizza and wings paid delivery fee as well as tip. And they used grub hub to deliver, and they brought wrong order and had us drive to them to fix. Horrible experience last time I order from pizza hut at least tbis location!!!

Twice in a row I've gotten the wrong pizza and even the wrong pizza was undercooked. The second time I went in to tell them it was the wrong pizza, ordered a tavern pizza with both types of pepperoni, and the guy said it was right pizza with the wrong cut. Even the Breadsticks with the order was half baked and didn't have time to rise in the oven. After two bad experiences in a row it's time to stop getting pizza here. Enough is enough.
I came here twice in the last week. Both orders were mobile orders, and both times I had to wait for 15-20 minutes in the lobby to talk to someone so I could pick up the food I had already ordered and paid for. The workers were working reasonably hard. It seems like the issue is they’re understaffed. Not worth the wait any more. I’ll go somewhere that has enough staffing to make food on time and at least talk to the customer within 15 minutes of them walking in the door.

Go somewhere else. We came here for a personal meal, which was a half melt (smaller than a size of pizza) and 6 boneless wings. I waited, I kid you not AN HOUR AND A HALF for this. When I got it my wings were cold and they forgot the dip. They gave us a free soda which exploded in the car. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

All I was trying to do was call in an order. Not only did I have to call the store back 3 times to get an answer. The person who answered the phone sounded like they were drunk or high ( could not understand anything they said ) and they were extremely rude. When I asked this employee to repeat what they said, they yelled it back at me through the phone. I hung up and will no longer be a pizza hut customer, since this is how they treat them.

Something changed, now worst pizza hut in area which is too bad. They also switched to door dash delivery. Meaning cold pizza on delivery or delivering to wrong addresses.
