The coldest, driest pizza I've ever had. Literally cardboard with dehydrated toppings. This location did redeem themselves though. I'd like to thank the manager. Sunday isn't the best day to order pizza apparently. I appreciate that I meant enough as a customer for them to reach out, and remedy the situation.

The service here is atrocious. They can not keep track of orders and never have them on time. Your order for pickup will be at least 30 minutes late. You will be very lucky if you can get staff to acknowledge you, let alone help you.

They dropped off the pizza without knocking or ringing the bell. The pizza was barely warm when it arrived, not a lot of cheese, mainly sauce, they forgot the boneless wings. So I called to see if they can send them, I finally got someone, she asked to look me up by my number (mind you they had to call me to ask about a soda substitute, so they had to look me up separately to this call) she told me we don't have you on file and hung up on me. I tried to call back and I was hung up on again. Normally I wouldn't even care but one of my boys do not like pizza, which is why I get him wings. Just poor customer service. I get things happen and it gets busy but when they do, make it right.
The employees are extremely loud when I walked in the door and continued to shout and talk about inappropriate things as I am standing there. It is so loud that I almost walked out because I could not stand it! Waiting for my order that was supposedly ready took a good 10 minutes to get into my hands. The employees are not well groomed and the store was very dirty looking. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

I jist got a order of burning hot hot wings and there is barely any sauce in them. When I asked the lady to put more on them she said the o ly thing she can do is shake them up some. Even after shaking them up half my hot wings are just chicken wings with no sauce. What a rip off!!

this pizza is not good, I had a pizza from Pizza Hut weeks ago and it was bought in the center with cheese, I paid 25$ for this time I also paid 25$ but this pizza is bad it did not compare to the last
The thin crust pizza was prompt but overcooked.I was overcharged $2.10 for toppings I did not order.I could not create an account for the app on my phone because the app would not accept my birthdate to activate or use.I will not return to Pizza Hut.

I loved the food from this store in Vancouver WA, have been a loyal customer for a while, unfortunately have to walk away to the Competitor because a wrong ordering for the 3rd consecutive time. It is hard to believe that after calling and making sure they don't fall for the same error for the 3rd or 5th time & this keeps happening sad but true.
