I visited at about 4:45pm. The server took my order and then vanished to another dimension. My food eventually arrived, but silverware and napkins did not. I fetched them myself. Water came later, much later, as did the glass of wine I might have enjoyed another glass of wine, that opportunity did not present itself, as no staff member came by again. Not even with the check. When I went to the register and paid, the manager(?) seemed unconcerned.
I may stillget takeout here, but I won't incur the cost of marked up wine and the cost of a tip again.

Lemongrass clam chowder is probably the best chowder I've ever had. Delicious. Volcano beef and cashew chicken were also amazing and good.
However, the crab cakes were not so good and are the only reason I'm not rating 5 stars. Tasted very fishy and squishy ... Had I been tasting blindly I would have guessed I was eating a tuna cake, not a crab cake.

Food is very very good. Some of the best in the NW. Unfortunately the portions are small, and over all the mentality from the service and pricing, feel like it’s more expensive for less food and supplies. I literally have one TINY slice of lime for a rice platter. One napkin, have to ask for white rice (1.50$-3$ extra) when everywhere else comes with the dinner. Either lower prices, or be a little generous with service or else people will feel the sparseness.
