I want to preface this with the fact I have worked and currently work in foodservice as well, I understand it's not glamorous. People are mean and we're not treated well, but something needs to change.
The food pretty consistently tastes good, I think a lot of people's complaints should be toward Popeyes as a company and their decisions, not the workers.

However I finally had to leave a review, the first major incident was telling me I needed to wait for my food and to pull around from the drive thru and wait. 10 minute estimate. I didn't have anywhere I needed to be, I was fine with that. About 20 minutes pass and I go inside and ask on an update and they'd had it sitting up front and threw my bag on the table and seemed so annoyed with me. I wanted to cry a little because I wasn't trying to inconvenience anyone I juat wanted the food I'd paid for :( I'm fine waiting a long time! I so get it!

Lesser things that have happened every time since I've EVERY TIME gotten the wrong pie the past few times. Not a big fan of apple when I wanted the other but it's fine. Happened about 3 times until I stopped ordering them because I don't really know what I got until I bite in to it. This most recent time I got buttermilk biscuits and they gave me a bunch of buttermilk ranch and gave me such a hard time about it when I pointed it out. I really don't think I'm asking much of 1) getting the food I paid for 2) being treated like a human. I love Popeyes and this is the closest one to me but I feel lowkey bullied here I hate my job too but I do the bare minimum....

I told my coworker I was coming here for lunch, she asked if I'd pick her up something, when I attempted to place two orders at the drive thru, they said that wasn't allowed.
I ended up having to pay for both our lunches, then my next trip I mentioned this and they said I could use to cards and split the one order 🙄 if you guys wanna have a ridiculous order limit, at least train your people to be able to accommodate those orders.

I must say ghost pepper wings are to die for and while I don't agree with your operations, the food is great.

Stopped by Popeyes today and everything was honestly great. We ordered a chicken basket, a couple of chicken sandwiches, and fries — all fresh, hot, and really flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the young woman with glasses who helped us was especially kind and efficient. Overall, a really solid experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Placed an order on the app, noticed it was wrong, called the restaurant to edit the order and asked when it would be ready; they said they were preparing it now. Wait 20 minutes and leave for pick up. Get to the window and the attendant tells us all the chicken we ordered is in the freezer and it would be an additional 30 minutes wait. Ask for a refund and they say it has to be done through the app and they don’t know how that works, app won’t process the refund so we were forced to sub for tender. The tenders were dry and flavorless, the potatoes and gravy were off, not sure how you mess that up. In the end poor leadership and customer service by management and poor food quality. Will not return. Update: Popeyes responded below, I followed the link and told my story; they haven’t responded and it’s been weeks.

Normally they are pretty quick and on their A-game, but whoever this night crew is, sucks! They are slow as hell, and take forever to even answer the speaker. This is nov 24, 2025, 12:27am. They need to figure their stuff out because they seem very amateurish and inefficient. As a delivery driver, I can't make money with this kind of slow, horrible service, especially when i am trapped in the middle of a line of cars and unable to cancel.

Ordered hot wings, signature hot because they took all the good flavors off the menu. The wings were cold, there was a little crusty sauce in the bottom and I didn't get any wings it was all legs! Used to be my favorite chicken place..

I just went through, and the dude they put at the window tonight is an absolute moron. Instead of giving me my sauces for my wings, he just throws a jelly and a hot sauce packet in the bag. Like this food is cheap or anything, can't even get your sauces now? Wish I could have at least said it was busy for them or something, but nope, I was the only one there. So now I got some dry wings with some strawberry jelly. I wish I could return it, get my $ back, and go to taco bell down the way. This is 100% my last time going here.
