Everytime we order from this store,they get our order wrong,if your crew can't read an order ticket then maybe they need another job,

I just went through, and the dude they put at the window tonight is an absolute moron. Instead of giving me my sauces for my wings, he just throws a jelly and a hot sauce packet in the bag. Like this food is cheap or anything, can't even get your sauces now? Wish I could have at least said it was busy for them or something, but nope, I was the only one there. So now I got some dry wings with some strawberry jelly. I wish I could return it, get my $ back, and go to taco bell down the way. This is 100% my last time going here.

I've been here a few times, and about 50% of the time, they forget items, give me the wrong items, or straight up give me undercooked chicken. Perhaps it will get better in the future, but for now, avoid.

The girl at the window messed up our order or gave us someone else's order. I paid close to $40 for crap. The chicken wasn't even chicken. It was balls of fat. It was so disgusting. I will never go back here. And when I questioned the girl at the window she kept saying hu hu hu I can't hear you. Why do you have someone working at the window that has a hearing impairment?? I am so disappointed and disgusted with the food we got last night

Our chicken pieces were tiny and dry, the french fries were cold, and they messed up our drive-thru order. I only decided to leave a review because we used to absolutely love Popeyes chicken, as it was once our favorite fast-food fried chicken, but judging from this location they've gone steeply downhill.

This is bar none the WORST Popeyes I have ever been to. The service is enough to jump over the counter and get to throwing hands. The manager is outta pocket too.

ordered for pickup on the app, redeemed my reward along with an order of a spicy bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with extra sauce and pickles. it was made incorrect the first time, i brought it in and was snatched from me and still made incorrect safe to say you’ve lost a customer this isn’t the first time i’ve had a horrid experience here. this place in unprofessional and has no customer service and doesn’t follow health policies. i had taken a bite of my sandwich in my hand the employee still grabbed it from me and brought it to the back

This is the best Popeyes location. Always consistent and chicken always comes out piping hot. They set the bar very high. 10/10
