Ordered a family pack of chicken tenders for my mom’s birthday party and everything was good. The order was correct.

This is the worst. This franchise and the joke of service is not worth your time and money. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back and will be sharing this with others

Placed a mobile order for spicy chicken tenders and some biscuits on my way home. No other cars were in the drive through when I arrived but it took someone awhile to acknowledge me at the speaker. Told the female I was picking up my online order and she had me sit and wait before she even responded. Finally got to the window and had to wait even longer. Did not receive the items I ordered. Very disappointed.

I will not park in the lot so the person behind me can get there orders.
The lady yelled at me so I asked for a refund. She politely refunded my order and I pull ahead so her friend could get her order. It's a drive through this is the reason. I don't go to McDonald's. I will not go through a drive through and then be asked to park and they will walk my order out to me.
They have special parking spots for that. I guess I will not go back to this location. I realize they wanted me to move forward For the clock that counts when you are Parked in line , but it's there for a reason So management can know If the store is working efficiently , it's also About self awareness the person behind me Their time is not more valuable than mine!

I'll be 70 this fall and bar none, this was the worst meal I've ever purchased.
Horrible! More like a foreign prison mess hall. And no one there seemed to care.
Absolutely the worst Popeye's chicken, (possibly not chicken), that ever gagged anyone. I didn't speak up, because they obviously couldn't improve on the food or they already would have. We witnessed drive-through customers returning for a refund. How can you screw up a chicken sandwich?
The "classic" chicken seasoning is simply the absolute absence of any flavor. The biscuits were old and stale, (even our big dog we left at home wouldn't eat the biscuit, barely took the chicken strips that I couldn't choke down.) This place used to be different. Seriously, they need to shutter this place until after the State Health Department sanitizes it and restores running potable water there, at the very least.
Is all the corporate knowledge on the Popeye's menu, retired?

Good food. Staff is busy but friendly. Would definitely eat here again. Chicken was really fresh and hot. Fries are good and so is the red beans and rice. Would recommend the red beans and rice.

Every time we eat at Popeyes we are disappointed in the service. We always end up with things forgotten from our order. It's definitely a place we go if we can't decide on anything else.

After waiting in line behind six cars last night on November 17 finally got a 14 piece tender with sides and we’re supposed to get an extra three drumsticks but that was missed.

We got home. Everything was room temperature and or cold so you know that everything was sitting for a while.

How can you get so much business and have such a long wait time with people but still serve cold chicken . I Thought you’d be able to turn chicken over and have fresh hot, crispy chicken, each customer given the dinner lines at 6:00 pm

Don’t go to Popeyes Location.

Popeyes is good when it’s hot and fresh. It’s good.

This location for me has been consistently serving cold to room temperature food. It’s always disappointing

I Keep coming back thinking it’ll be better, but I keep wasting $50 trying to feed my family by going to this location .

Update: I see the managers review. Looks like a copy paste template by management. I worked in customer service and had to reply to bad reviews. The templates response is impersonal and a corporate metric task at best. No specifics were mentioned of my experience in the response, which makes the response insincere. I’m sorry Management, I will not be coming back and I hope others heed this review.
