Great sandwich place mesquite chicken is a good sandwich
I hate leaving this review for my favorite sandwich shop, but today’s experience was disappointing. The woman working at lunchtime on 5/14 refused to honor my discount code because I modified my sandwich sauces. When I asked for a side of ranch, she charged me for two sauces without informing me. Her attitude made it feel like my simple requests were bothering her, and it seemed like she was trying to overcharge. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Sorry Quiznos!
We haven't ordered from this Quiznos in quite a while because our last experience was sort of meh. But we got excellent sandwiches today (traditional and Italian) plus really tasty tots and friendly service. We'll definitely be back again soon.
I drove quite a ways since a lot of these locations are close. But it was just like old times super tasdissandwich great service from Crystal!
I visited this Quiznos on Tuesday, the 25th, at 5:49 PM and ordered a Baja Chicken sandwich. It was a simple order—no modifications, no issues with payment, and minimal interaction needed. However, despite this, I was treated very poorly by two employees.
I was on the phone with my mother discussing something important, and for some reason, it seemed like these two employees had an issue with that. I’m not sure why, as my order was handled smoothly, yet their attitude toward me was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
It’s disappointing to experience this level of service, and I hope management takes the opportunity to reinforce proper customer service training.
Everything was great, EXCEPT PRICES!!!
FREAKING $25 Just to eat once!!! Holy cow!!!

Came here since subway was closed. It’s admirable this Quiznos is still hanging on, as most have closed. Got the turkey bacon guacamole and it was a good as it’s been for 20+ years so I was glad to enjoy it again, but this will be my last time going here. At least this location. The ambiance was so cold. There was no music so we took it to go as having a conversation would have echoed thru the establishment. There was no “famous” pepper bar and they charge extra to add mayo.
Excellent fast service, I honestly can’t complain. I have been wanting to visit this Quiznos as it’s the last one around, and I haven’t been since 2010. Great hot sandwich, at least the Italian I ordered was can’t say about other items on the menu. The lady behind the counter is very nice and pleasant. I’ll probably come here again just for the quick and nice service alone.

I ordered the turkey, bacon, guacamole on Rosemary parmesan bread. It was so, so nasty. There wasn’t much to fill the sandwich so it was mostly bread. Nothing like the picture. Then again, the ingredients were so vile and spoiled that I’m almost glad there wasn’t much in it. The lettuce was wilted and had a very strong taste of mold. The bacon had a strange, almost stale, plastic taste. The turkey was dry and had an unpleasant smell. I paid $20 for a chunk of bread with moldy ingredients. So disgusting. It all went in the trash.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for dinner yesterday. No chips or drink. Bill came to $34. Communication was rough. The ladies serving couldn’t hear us (or we, them) over the music. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and they charged me $1. Like, really? The vibe was bad, food was expensive, and the service, meh. Love to support local businesses but we won’t be returning.

Probably the WORST experience I've had in several years, had to explain to the cashier how the app works, it's coupons are worded oddly & they did not understand 1 sandwich for $17 is not a good deal when the daily deal for 2 is $16. Anyhow, it's no wonder why they are struggling to survive. This will probably be my last visit to a Quiznos. Thank you for your lack of professionalism when it comes to customer service. BTW extra mayo costs MORE on any sandwich...it comes in a HUGE TUB but gotta charge more for EVERY SAUCE!
The parking lot is EMPTY at dinner time and awkward to get back onto I-5 too.
Parking: Lots of spaces but if nearby businesses are packed then good luck!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space with 2 handicap spaces right in front of the restaurant

Food is good, the service is horrible.
After paying almost 60 dollars in 2 sandwiches I ask for mustard and they charge me for it.
I know the sandwiches are good but this is ridiculous. never coming back here.

$80!!!!! I live 2.5 hours south where all our Q's are closed down. It's been a few years since having a Quiznos sandwich! My spouse, friend, and I each ordered a meal. Surprised it was THIS MUCH. No wonder they are closing them down. This one should be next on the list.
Responses to reviews say the price is an "uncommon" experience. What a joke. And no...I will not submit feedback to quiznos.com so don't reply with that response.
