Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The staff was extremely friendly, and I appreciate that this location is friendly to hiring neurodivergent staff. As an autistic person, it makes me feel welcome seeing staff from all parts of the asd spectrum. The servers are extremely attentive, even on Veteran's Day when they were offering free burgers to Vets, the place was packed, and we never felt neglected. The Red's Tavern Double is better than In-&-Out Burger, for a similar price but offering more burger. Endless fries are a plus, and you can ask for them to be extra crispy. I always get Campfire Sauce to dip in. This is our favorite place to eat out.

From the manager, servers, cooks and bartender, this is the only Red Robin’s in Vancouver I visit. Always amazing service, met with perfect timing and food. Major shoutout the the team at this location!!! Thank you for making ever visit worth it :)

This location is hands down the best in the area. Always provide great service here the few times I’ve brought family. Place is always clean and the employees are super friendly! Definitely wouldn’t be mad at more double tavern meal type deals though. Also the guy who does evening host is freaking awesome

My wife and I have been coming to this location for about 5/6 years, one of the first times we had Jessica as a waitress and she was AMAZING! After about the third time of visiting this location and having Jessica as our waitress we decided that this was our new favorite location instead of the one closer to our house. About 6 months ago she moved to days so now we typically have Kelly and or Kevin, which both are great as well. When we get a chance we love to come in during the day to see Jessica. This location is great and we love the fact that we always see the same faces and they all take the time to get to know us and our names which I think that’s special. Keep this location with these amazing servers and we will keep coming back!

The staff here were super friendly. It was about an hour from closing time and they weren't in a rush to get us out. My son even commented on how polite the staff were.

Food was cold when we picked it up. Burgers were pink. We picked up by curbside, and the lady who brought the food out had the worse attitude. Not pleasant at all.

My party and I arrived about 2pm. The restaurant was not very busy. Our party was 6 deep. The service was good, drinks never ran empty, fries were plentiful and our food was delicious! I highly recommend this chain!

Kevin did an amazing job serving us! He had 11 tables and was killing it!! Had a positive attitude! He made the effort to make sure that we were happy with our meal! Thank you Kevin!

Our waitress was really nice and attentive. The food I ordered was really good, all cooked just right, nothing over or undercooked. My daughter says the waitress is an icon 🙂
