Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

very disappointed with this place.
we had a fairly good experience once before, so decided to go back.
the waiter was nice and helpful, and i don't think the issues were necessarily his fault, but i feel like he could've caught it. i think the issues were 99.9% the kitchen.
two of the three of us got our orders all wrong. received the wrong sides, and both of those entrees were also made incorrectly.
for some reason, one order of fries showed up by themselves well before even getting the appetizer. by the time the appetizer showed up, the fries were dead cold.
the waiter offered to re-make them fresh, but that never happened...even after asking about it when the rest of the food came.
the entree issues got fixed but took FOREVER to come out.
No one followed up or seemed to show any concern about how badly the orders got screwed up.
We won't be going back here again. It sucks to spend $100+ on dinner and leave unfulfilled and annoyed.

I went to Red Robin by the Vancouver Mall today to get something to eat. The whole time I was there the woman completely ignored me for most of the time I was eating, until I was done with my meal, is the only time she ever noticed me. And then she had the absolute nerve to start telling me what she wanted me to say about her on the review and what words would be best to use. I have no idea what she was actually thinking but to get a good review from me means you have to do your job first!!! Horrible experience which is really sad!!.

I think the french fries are gone downhill, they're not as yummy as they used to be it used to be second and third due to the bottomless fries and they were so good but not anymore I didn't have a problem eating just half of what they gave me., and for me it was too many onions in the burger it made me sick & I threw up. But the waitress was nice I think I'm done.

It was my birthday and I decided to have a little meal and dine out. RR was close. However I order the blackened salmon, wings and a beer.

My beer was flat and salmon was dry and some what tough to chew. The wings were decent. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. I'll make note to take this locate of my dine out list.

We sat in the bar and had a great time chatting. The bartender was great. Making us non alcoholic drinks, she brought us some different drinks. Great experience.

Was there and was watching the bartender make drinks. She was cheating the customers by giving them only about a half a shot to a drink. Pretty bad when you charge for a full shot to a drink. This was the day bartender.

My salmon was a little overcooked, but had good flavor and decent portion size. Fries and broccoli were very good. Service was a bit slow but acceptable. I was still satisfied and will return in the future.

My family and I decided to pick up dinner here, and normally food is great and tasty, but immediately upon opening my burger and trying it I noticed something was completely off.
I took about 3 bites before giving up on it. The fries were great as always and my kids loved their chicken tenders.
The next morning I ended up experiencing food poisoning, and spent yesterday and this morning puking and having horrible stomach pain. I hate leaving bad reviews but I literally didnt eat anything else the day we ordered from here, and couldn't eat anything yesterday due to the food poisoning.

Aside from that, customer service was great as always and food was ready very quickly.

The food is fine? It's the step above fast food. The fries were addictive. Campfire sauce all day.

The atmosphere can be overwhelming, loud, and OMG the birthday songs.

We LOVE Ashley as a server. Promote her. The service stars are 10+ for her. Ask to be in her section, because she's amazing!!!!!

Workers need a course on how to deal with customers. I was the only one in the bar, and a few in the restaurant. I was ignored and not asked if I wanted anything else. The atmosphere is terrible and felt like the most awkward place to ask for anything. Many other RebRobins to try, this isn't one of them

It was in times and good about it, Looks sad and very sincerely okay . It's so heavy and so highly unlikely in honest . Some kinda notice Consider its like little waste and over rude. Thank you trying the best . Depends on how what eating get sick so easy most sometimes can't make it Change to understand our minds understand by minds from heart and healthy. Truly from truth unhealthy but truly appreciate it.
