My party and I arrived about 2pm. The restaurant was not very busy. Our party was 6 deep. The service was good, drinks never ran empty, fries were plentiful and our food was delicious! I highly recommend this chain!

Kevin did an amazing job serving us! He had 11 tables and was killing it!! Had a positive attitude! He made the effort to make sure that we were happy with our meal! Thank you Kevin!

Our waitress was really nice and attentive. The food I ordered was really good, all cooked just right, nothing over or undercooked. My daughter says the waitress is an icon 🙂

First off it looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in weeks the floors were absolutely disgusting. The food was ok but I've been in other Red Robin's and there food was delicious. I will never come back to this Red Robin.

very disappointed with this place.
we had a fairly good experience once before, so decided to go back.
the waiter was nice and helpful, and i don't think the issues were necessarily his fault, but i feel like he could've caught it. i think the issues were 99.9% the kitchen.
two of the three of us got our orders all wrong. received the wrong sides, and both of those entrees were also made incorrectly.
for some reason, one order of fries showed up by themselves well before even getting the appetizer. by the time the appetizer showed up, the fries were dead cold.
the waiter offered to re-make them fresh, but that never happened...even after asking about it when the rest of the food came.
the entree issues got fixed but took FOREVER to come out.
No one followed up or seemed to show any concern about how badly the orders got screwed up.
We won't be going back here again. It sucks to spend $100+ on dinner and leave unfulfilled and annoyed.

I went to Red Robin by the Vancouver Mall today to get something to eat. The whole time I was there the woman completely ignored me for most of the time I was eating, until I was done with my meal, is the only time she ever noticed me. And then she had the absolute nerve to start telling me what she wanted me to say about her on the review and what words would be best to use. I have no idea what she was actually thinking but to get a good review from me means you have to do your job first!!! Horrible experience which is really sad!!.

I think the french fries are gone downhill, they're not as yummy as they used to be it used to be second and third due to the bottomless fries and they were so good but not anymore I didn't have a problem eating just half of what they gave me., and for me it was too many onions in the burger it made me sick & I threw up. But the waitress was nice I think I'm done.

It was my birthday and I decided to have a little meal and dine out. RR was close. However I order the blackened salmon, wings and a beer.

My beer was flat and salmon was dry and some what tough to chew. The wings were decent. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. I'll make note to take this locate of my dine out list.

We sat in the bar and had a great time chatting. The bartender was great. Making us non alcoholic drinks, she brought us some different drinks. Great experience.
