This place is getting way to expensive for what it is. The bottomless fries are nice and the burgers aren't bad but for the price I could get a real gourmet burger.

Some of the worst customer service known to man. The gentleman who looks like he’s juicing every day, who thinks he’s better than everyone else working on saturday March 1st 2025 @ 10pm, walked past me two times with me trying to get his attention twice, finally I had to raise my voice and his attitude towards me was absolutely appalling. He disrespected me by walking around and asking everyone if they needed anything or how there food was while there was a line at the door, after he finally acknowledged me, he told me he couldn’t hand me my bag of food that was sitting right in front me of. I would have to wait for the hostess who is in the back, flirting with the chef Lollygagging. When I got home and gave my food to my fiancé, she took a bite and realized the onions on her haystack, burger were soggy and not even cooked. The burger was extremely rare. They obviously are rushing to make the food but not rushing to take care of the customers etc. The whole experience was just honestly awful. We’ve ate out and ordered at this location multiple times and honestly never had any issues up until this point, But then again, we always order around lunchtime and the latest being 7 or 8pm, never having to deal with this crew. Whoever is running the Saturday night crew needs to be fired or trained again on how to treat people and how to cook their food properly.. honestly will never order here again during those times. Recommend others do the same.

I ordered hamburger meal should be with side dish . I ordered coleslaw bc bottom of side dish choice it was there and all can eat. Waiter didn’t tell me coleslaw is exceptional item they charge extra $2.99 but he didn’t asked me side dish which there are more menu broccoli, salad, sweet potatoes fly , thick cut or so French fly etc etc . He didn’t explain one I choice was charged and many other items are no charge come with meal. I didn’t know all those so simply I choose coleslaw which wasn’t good taste actually I dislike it and no repeat only one small dish came with small burger I ordered lowest simple burger which I like simple one. So , ended up I paid so high price with tips. After I paid through cashier machine which I was use first time. After I came back home I looked at my receipt I feel so bad. They should explain how to charge when he came to take my order. It is not honest not good service. So they didn’t tell me any then charged without free include side dish but coleslaw small side dish he charged me. It is too much I paid for my burger lunch. They should refund me. This waiter must explain me when he came to take my order. He wasn’t good customer service waiter at all. Red Robin in Vancouver Mall was first time I went with ladies group this time. I don’t go there any more. It was awful .

Haven't been to this location in many years! Seven of us came in for my son's 11th birthday tonight. Six adults and my son. Busy, but lots of servers on staff. Took over an hour to get our food and most of it sat under heat waiting for the birthday boys burger that they put cheese on in error. When food came we asked for our sauces that we had ordered with our meals and waiter said hang on while moving to the next table to take their order. Our fries are cold at this point.....then one of us out of seven asked for more fries and never received any. Had asked the waiter 4 times and he kept saying they were coming. Never did.... Why promote bottomless fries when you can't even get one more order to a table of seven. Good thing we all didn't want another order. Very disappointed and picked this location over Grand. Mistake for sure!!! I don't leave a bad review unless deserved!!!

Went here Tuesday night with the family Brandon was my server which was very polite and a good server. The food was great. However when i went to go pay it kept saying my card didn't go through I used a different card since I thought it was my card that was the issue. I later found out that both of my card where actually charged I went back and talked to chris which again was very polite and apologized and said the $207 would be put back on my card after midnight when there system reboots. Here we and here we are Friday and still nothing. I called my bank yesterday and they said they cant refund it until red robin lifts the hold of it. I called anthony another red robin manager yesterday to tell him that and he of course was gonna call me back when they found out what was going on and i never got a returned phone call. My family will not be returning to this location. And I would recommend other using card to be cautious of this place.

I'm a regular customer here. We typically love the food. We always sit in the bar. Service is considerably slower than sitting in the restaurant. My husband and I just enjoy the atmosphere better, so we deal with it. Our biggest complaint is the fries! When we receive our meal, the fries are ALWAYS cold and horrible as if they've been sitting in the window for way too long!!! Oftentimes, we get them, and they're undercooked as well. We've learned to ask for them crispy! When we get a "refill" basket, they're hot and fresh and so good! We shouldn't have to ask for more just to get them hot and fresh!

Went here twice in the past 2 weeks. Food is decent and the prices seem ok, especially in this economy. The failure is in the service.

The first time, the food took about 30 minutes, then after they brought the food. We never saw the waiter again. They seemed out of it when they took our order and a different person brought it out. No drink refills, bottomless fries were a myth.

The second time, the person that showed us our table just dropped the menus on the table along with 2 napkins and 3 forks, didn't even look at us and walked away. The waiter seemed ok, only came back after we were completely finished and about to pay to ask us out fries or drinks, then when I said we would like more fries, apparently they didn't have any and it would be a wait. Bottomless fries were a myth.

Overall if you just want a meal and have a bit of time and don't care, then this place isn't so bad I guess.

Edit: Went back again and service was bad, so many mistakes and just overall not a good experience. Congrats on the new 1Star review....

Ordered a burger through Uber eats on 26DEC24. Had a flight early in the morning. Spent the entire flight vomiting up the burger due to food poisoning. And it didn’t even taste good and came in a half cent paper bag. Awful.

completely genuine review. im not really upset but others should be aware. to start i immediately found a shortish white hair in my fries it didn’t bother me too much but it’s disappointing. secondly i told my waiter that my water tasted like sanitizer it was almost chemical-like and he said if he got me a different water it would be the same because their water is just awful. i respect him very much for being honest. worst of all my grandma got food poisoning from the “simple grilled chicken salad” extremely concerning that a restaurant that makes so much revenue can’t even manage to follow food safety standards. i can only hope it doesn’t effect her health long term.

Ordered the family pack of burgers for my children, my wife and I from here on Uber Eats. A few bites into the burgers and realized the beef patties were severely undercooked. None of us got to eat our dinner and now we are at risk for food poisoning.

I would give them negative stars. Food poisoning was awful. I had the chicken wrap. Yesterday for lunch and it was the worst food poisoning I have had. Avoid at all cost unless you are looking for a colon evacuation.

Although I found the food and service very nice I did have a problem when I asked for a booth away from kids. Next group was seated right next to me with a 7 yr old screamer.

Update 10/2024: Their billing device (on the table) is still atrocious. I have written to their corporate multiple times. The billing device won't take multiple gift cards in this last experience. Once the first card is processed and regardless how much the remaining bill is, the next step Forces you to use a credit card mandatorily. This device has, and still is, having all kinds of problems but leadership is simply unwilling to address it.

If you have a $100 check and you have 2 or 3 gift cards, well and if your first card has $1 remaining, guess what?? Sorry, $1 can be paid on giftcard but your remaining $99 must be paid on credit card. What is the point of buying multiple giftcards? What is the point having more than one? It's just an issue that they are unwilling to address. Com'on! Please just fix it!!!

Food is OK otherwise. Same as any other RR. Experience was good until it's time to pay and it makes you mad, livid, pissed off and ends up ruining all the happiness you had earlier.

When talking to the staff, they reply "oh yeah we know it's always been a problem". This shows you how deeply rooted this issue is and how severely it impacted the staff morale, and they don't care. Because management and leadership don't care. Ripple effect goes on and on..

If you ever go to a RR, make sure you bring multiple extra forms of payment. You never know when you might get stuck.
