We had a birthday party of 12. The staff did great, food excellent and very pleased with our waitress. The wetr fast, efficient and friendly. The issue was our table of 12 only had 10 chairs and 2 people were standing. We asked for chairs but never received any. Once the party next to us wrapped up ans left I grabbed 2 chairs for pur table. The manager on duty made.a comment about taking chairs from other tables. I mean, hello, we are a paying party needing service.

I got food poisoning here 3 days ago

We visited during the holidays.

- we ordered the Whiskey River burger, mushroom burger and nachos with guacamole. The nachos were the best. The burgers were mediocre. You can’t miss the bottomless fries that come with your burger. I found the burger and fries to be on the salty side.
- it took a bit longer to get a table and to place an order. They were probably busy.
- a good place to gather with family and friends for a meal.

There’s plenty of free parking out front. Be sure to get the App which you can get a free burger on your birthday.

The service is the worst!! Took 10 minutes to get silverware after getting food. No plates for the pizza we ordered and did not bring fries when requested. Never again!!

I picked up two take out orders, one had French fries and the other had sweet potato fries.

Now, we’ve eaten inside many times and we always receive ample fries. Unfortunately, the take out serving was disappointing.

Obviously we aren’t expecting the “endless fries” amount with take out, but a full serving size would’ve made us order out here again.

The food was cold, too. We microwaved it and it was fine.

Kind of a bleh experience. Too bad. We love this place.

We sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice & attentive. Our meals were fabulous. The food was served in a timely manner.

It seems they've revamped their menu since our last visit! I wasn't too hungry, so I opted for the $10 cheeseburger special. My hubby went for the cheesy bacon fondue burger.

For the first time ever, I ordered steamed broccoli as my side. Trying to be healthy here, you know? The initial portion was huge, but it was undercooked. Surprisingly, my burger patty was thicker than my husband's! I also got to choose the cheese - pepper jack, melted to perfection.

My burger was good, but nothing fancy. For the special price of $10, it was a steal! When I ordered my second serving of bottomless broccoli, though, the portion was tiny. And this time, it was overcooked. ‍

Hubby's burger was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The fondue was an interesting touch. We ended up using it as a dip for our broccoli and fries.

Service was okay, but it was tough to get our waitress's attention. There were a few waitresses just standing around, chatting away. Our waitress seemed to be the only one actually serving tables. She was friendly, though.

We went back for another meal. I had the Mad Love Burger with broccoli. My husband had their Halloween special, which came with the Monster Burger and lemonade. Both were very good. I got a much larger serving of broccoli this time compared to my last visit. Perhaps they did listen to my suggestion from my last Yelp review. My husband didn’t care for their honey mango lemonade and thought the flavor was too artificial. The peach lemonade was just a little better than the honey mango.

Service was good, ate in the bar. Drinks are not worth noting. Food was warm, which is the nicest I can say. Had now been in 10+ years, no plan to return ever.
