The service from this location has slipped so hard in the last couple years. Average wait time for a pizza delivered is 1hr 30min to 2 hrs for small pizza. This place use to be 5 stars. There are other places around to get just as good or better pizza.

You try and force me to tip online for an order I'm picking up. Tell me what is the tip for? Are they not getting paid to make the pizza? You should be tipping me I'm the one that's picking it up. Asking for a tip before service is pathetic. So instead of eating at round table I'm going to Arby's

Very kind staff who fixed my order because I, being from out of town, placed it to a different location.
Food was burnt, beyond edible. $45 for 6 burnt boneless wings, a greasy pizza, and employees that couldn’t care less. Sadly, 0 stars wasn’t an option. This place has gone so far downhill.
