Finally found a pho place where the noodles aren't soggy. One of the best pho places in town.

This a very clean restaurant with excellent service!
The soup is on the sweet side but very good! I’ve eaten here twice and have to try their rice plate next time!

I have been coming here since they opened. Great food, very consistent. Even the price is pretty good. Service sometimes can be ruff depending on who is there. For the most part I have only had that happen a couple of times. Out of the 30 times I have been there. Don't be afraid of the chili sauce added to the broth It is amazing. Sweet Chile with the salad rolls is amazing as well. Can't wait to tell the next time I go.

Came for Uber delivery. They told me it would be five minutes. Had to order maid, put it on a shelf and made me wait for about 20 more minutes even knowing I was in the store.

I have been visiting Ruby pho Deli for several times and I am always satisfied! The waitress was very nice and sweet, which added coziness and comfort to the visit. The food, as always, was very tasty. I will be happy to come again

I read some other reviews saying the bread is soft and delicious in the bhan mi, and that was just the case when I went for lunch! On top of that, I had the chicken dumplings appetizer, and those were crunchy and delicious. Very much worth the trip.

Vegetarian options: The Bhan Mi I had was vegitarian, I asked for tofu, but they said it came made with tofu. so if you don't care for tofu you might ask for just vegis... which are rather crunchy and tasty.
