*Attention all gluten free people!* Our first time here and it was amazing! Crust Collective has perfected their gluten free crust. It was thick, bouncy, and super good. We actually had to ask and confirm this actually was gluten free crust, it was that good! For dessert we tried their root beer float.The staff was super friendly. Service was fast. Pizza was amazing. Dessert was awesome.Only note is that the bathrooms were pretty dirty (old urine and hair on the backs of the toilet seats). Other than that, 10/10 experience.

Seriously, huge salads with delicious ingredients and housemaid dressings. The salads are bigger than your head. The pizza is thick crust with the perfect flavorings and ingredient combinations. Truly gourmet with very well thought out and taste tested ingredient combinations. Let’s talk about their beer. Their hazy beers are some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been in Portland many years and tried many a beers. Ruse has some of the best around. And they are available in cans for Takeaway.

Ruse's Detroit style has become my favorite pizza in Vancouver and that's not a flippant statement. The sauce Ruse uses is amazing. That combined with their excellent crust, cheese and toppings is as good as it gets... unless you like bland pizza. This pie is bursting with flavor. Their pizzas are six slices and is about right for two people who aren't super hungy. PRO TIP: The don't have a warming oven/light to keep it hot. So if you're picking up or having delivered, you'll want to be prompt. Parking at the waterfront is musical chairs. You might be walking a bit. Stopped in for a pint and some pizza. This place was highly recommended so since we were in the area I thought I’d check it out. I ordered Something Marvelous (& it was!) and a Translator, with a 4-pk of Wolves in the Rain for home. Friendly bar keep and good atmosphere. I enjoyed it so much that we came back later that same day and ordered North Shore and Towering Trees to go to take home for the fam!

Haven't tasted our pizza yet but the staff is super rude. We arrived 20 minutes before close and were greeted with, "What are you hoping for tonight?"I would have thought good evening was a better welcome.I don't try to keep staff late after being in service myself, but with every step, my server "Jordan" reminded me that it was too late to dine in, they might be shutting off the ovens anytime, and 10 minutes to finish your beer that was served with much impatience.Left a 15 % tip. It was too much.

Wow! I was truly impressed at this little pizza joint! Amazing pizzas! And yummiest garlic cheesy bread! I will definitely be coming back! There was very limited seating tho and they don’t take reservations so keep in mind you may have to wait a bit for a table.
