I have been coming here for 23 years and this is by far my most favorite Vietnamese restaurant to go to. It’s family owned and you will always get the best food and service. Thank you for always being consistent on great food.

Vegetarian options: Very delicious vegetables that are super fresh!

Parking: Over 100 spots available.

Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly, plenty of room for large parties.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is, there Handicap parking right in front of the store.

My daughter love pho. We have been to this restaurant many times before. I ordered a Togo order. The soups were sour. Kinda thick. My daughter refuse to eat it. And I had to throw it out. I tasted after she said something. There is no pho soup smell and it does taste sour. For $18, I was excited about good food. I am not sure if they change owners , but I don’t think I will go back.

Unfortunately, I don't know if it was the heat or something else, but before I could even order food I had to leave.

Why? The smell. From some of the people eating around me, the food smelled good, but the place itself had a nauseating smell, it made me feel sick before I could even order food.

I'll wait a few weeks before I go back and I'll change my review then.

I have been there twice with my kids and every time in the restaurant's door was people with mental health problems (addictions), I was not feeling safe.

I gave this place a chance due to the reviews raving their food up to the heavens, but it is definitely not there. I went here during the daytime and was surprised at how dark and cold this place was. It felt like a motel with the carpet and dim lighting. The only way I can describe it. One of the servers was nice enough to turn off the A/C for my group. Service was a bit weird since the interactions felt awkward at times, but the service was overall good since they were fast at getting everything to us. I ordered a Combination Fried Rice and it was pretty bland even after I added soy sauce in it. Food came out in 5 minutes. Can't say I'm a huge fan of this place or would recommend it to anyone. They were nice enough to accommodate the number of kids in our group.

This is up there among some of the worst food experiences I have ever had. The food was borderline disgusting and had nothing in common with any of the photos posted by people over the years. The chicken stir fry I ordered had more in common with biscuits and gravy then any sort of stir fry. The sauce was 1/2 inch deep comprised of what I could only assume was a corn starch slurry with a slight flavor of pepper, with rubbery firm chicken that would flake in the mouth similar to salmon indicating that it was probably a week old. Not a single bright flavor in the entire dish. I was able to eat it until I was no longer hungry and then pushed the plate away. My girlfriends experience was similar with us throwing away the food in a distant dumpster soon after because throwing away the food at home and having it sit in our trash was nauseating itself. I would not recommend this place in the slightest and regret not bringing up how gross the food was to our server, but their attitude was one of apathy from the start. I imagined their whole day is just being on autopilot trying to not feel the disappointment they experience as they serve food they know is subpar. This place is among the select few that are unequivocal no goes. 7 years of food in Vancouver and only one other place has been equally gross.I also felt mildly sick for about 48 hours afterwards. Just an upset stomach that persisted.

The best “hole in the wall” PHÒ?They do not skimp out on portions, I got a large eye of the round soup, and 2 deep fried veggie rolls with sweet & sour sauce instead of fish sauce.I’ve tried many pho places with my husband and we both agree for the portion, price, & taste…. This place is absolutely the best.Don’t let the outdated look of the restaurant fool you ?

Portions are still a good size but smaller than most Vietnamese restaurants. The vermicelli salads are amazing and they make a good thai tea.

Green curry chicken said spicy. Quite generous portions .Very limited flavor profile though quite green and thicker sauce than I prefer. Salad rolls were large but heavy thick paper wrap and thick slice of pork way to chewy.
