This is newer ownership. I went in with expectations of the previous owner which had a lively atmosphere and flavorful food. This sushi was mediocre at best. The dynamite roll, which I typically have had baked, was cold and blah. Not the same quality, I'm afraid. The Ramen might be good.
We have been coming here for many years. Service is always very friendly, and the food comes out quickly! They are very accommodating of any food allergies. Used to be conveyor belt sushi, but now you order rolls individually.
First and foremost, the fish here is some of the best I've had anywhere in the Portland - Vancouver area. Very fresh and delicious sushi. It is no longer a conveyor belt operation, however, and pricing is not budget. The atmosphere and decor are rather bare bones. Still, the food is delicious.
