I enjoyed my visit and found this coffee shop to be cute and comfortable, and it was a nice place to drop in for an easy breakfast and coffee. I ordered the honey lavender latte and breakfast sandwich, and both were delicious. Friendly service. There's a peekaboo view of the river, and it's a nice launching point for a scenic walk by the water.

My office is close by figured I would give it a try spent $18 and change the coffee was good but had the worst breakfast burrito of my life it was thin like a patty and seemed grilled not a typical burrito no flavor dry and to crunchy almost stale you can tell fake eggs etc were used. Wish I could give it a 2nd try but don't want to waste my money. Wish I could post the pics of what I got. Even the salsa was trash!

This cute quirky spot seems more like someplace you’d find in a more Urban neighborhood. A great discovery with easy parking/access & great service.

This is a wonderful hidden gem of the Vancouver waterfront. Excellent service, tasty bites, and one of the best matcha lattes around. Cozy indoor seating and a great place to meet friends!

Ordered an extra hot almond mocha, remembering from my last visit that it hadn’t been hot enough.

This time, it arrived almost ice-cold—closer to an iced mocha than what I ordered. The flavor was bland, overly sweet, and disappointing.

Neither the young lady nor the gentleman at the counter offered a smile or a greeting, which added to the underwhelming experience.

It’s unfortunate that while the location is great, the quality of the food and drinks consistently falls below average.

The owner is an amazing person. So kind, thoughtful, and generous. As of this review we have been to a couple of events that she has hosted, and have greatly enjoyed ourselves. We have meet some wonderful people, and we look forward to making more great memories here 😁

Got a mocha, it was horrible, too sweet. I couldn't drink it threw it later. The review was good so I expected something. Place is good & staff are good too. But the coffee is the worst FYi. Felt like I was drinking syrup.

Ran into this place when we went on a detour to get coffee. This is our first visit to Vancouver, Washington. My mom and I really love Savona, the guy that served us. Treated us very well. Definitely a great place for a detour!

Placed my order over the phone, staff was pleasant during the call and when I picked up my order. They do not offer menu's to take with you, in fact they only have the one menu to order from at the counter. I ordered the Chicken, Spinach & Artichoke sandwich. The menu I found online was old with a $7.95 price but I was charged $13.50 which included a bag of chips. The food is decent, not worth the price though due to inflation. Overall, I will probably return because it's a cute spot near my job. Easy, convenient and friendly!

The best matcha latte in town and I come here so many time. Very creamy, sweet and comforting drink, the vanilla coffee is really good too. Can’t wait to come back for more

The coffee is robust and delicious. The pecan bun is okay. It has good flavor but the texture is a little rubbery, like the batter was over mixed.
