This has become a regular spot for months now. Everyone who works here is always so friendly and kind to me whenever I walk in. I always enjoy their breakfast sandwiches as well as their day old bagel packs. Great little spot in an overall great shopping center location!

Visiting Vancouver and it was our first time trying this place. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff at the Heights was extremely nice and welcoming. The Cubano sandwich was bomb and so was the Blatt. Quality ingredients. I’d give this place more stars if I could!

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast for so many reasons.

Louise and her coworkers are always super friendly and helpful. Best location of the various ones around town, especially since they genuinely care about their customers.

They always keep good music on too, making the atmosphere that much more wonderful. The food is always fresh, and the drinks are just as tasty.

I always love getting my chocolate chip bagel and Chai drink, super tasty! Great atmosphere with good music that's not overly loud. Very inclusive place to get together with friends and loved ones. Prices are unbeatable for such good food.

We visited this location mid October of 2025. Embarrassed to say we actually visited because we needed a public bathroom and were told this place had one for us.

While in though, I noticed they had a ton of vegan options which we always appreciate. I ended up getting the jalapeño bagel with the vegan maple bacon cream cheese.. This was something that really impressed us.

From where we are in Canada, we don't really have many bagel shops like this, let alone having incredible vegan options. This bagel was amazing. We were so pleasantly surprised with it. It's probably a seasonal one, but if you can get that bagel, try it out, it's so worth it.

Things always happen for a reason, the fact that you had a public washroom was the reason we came, but not the reason for the review! Incredible stuff.

I love this place. The employees here are so so kind, patient and attentive. They offer great recommendations on what to order. Even if it is busy they don’t make you feel rushed. The food is delicious and ready so fast. I am not even much of a bagel person, but they are so good here. The unique cream cheese flavors are amazing and addictive! Some of the best customer service I have experienced. You can tell the employees are happy and proud to work here.

I've recently had to become gluten-free and I was so excited to discover that not only do they have a gluten-free bagel option, there is no ridiculous upcharge! They also offer a vegan egg alternative for those of us who also have an egg sensitivity. Seize The Bagel was already a favorite but will now become my preferred breakfast place.

This is the ONLY location worth going to!! Staff is super friendly, call me by name when I walk in, and get it right EVERY TIME!

Me and my fiancé come here every Sunday for a bagel, and the fissioned sweet treat. Always perfectly toasted, extra cream cheese as asked, quick and friendly!

Amazing staff and even better bagels, treats and coffee. I was disappointed when told that the sourdough bagel and veggie cream cheese was taken off the menu. I would love to see those come back!
