I got amazing service by an amazing woman who goes by Desarae(deserae, des, deserea)! She was super nice and complimented my nails which were my birthday nails, it was my first time and she definitely made it memorable! I appreciate you so much Des, thank you again!! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! I’ll be asking if she did the next time I come in!

Louise and her crew here are a great bunch. They are always friendly and helpful. The food is always really great, as well.

And, they have your back. I was being followed by a creep who was harassing me, and I ducked in there. I asked them if they would let me hang out until I felt safe to go home. They took care of me, asked me if I needed anything from them, and they fed me. They said if anyone came in to harass me, they'd have to deal with them. I was so grateful for them. It's one thing to have a great local business. It's something even greater to feel like you have a sense of community. These folks are absolutely community.

Stopped in for the first time the other morning and was delighted to be there immediately. Friendly, genuine staff who are happy to see you and happy to be working together. My toasted sesame bagel with chive and bacon cream cheese was delish! Nice atmosphere to sit on laptop and get some work done as well. ADA friendly bathrooms and access to bathrooms. ADA parking available. Thanks folks, see you again!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is designated wheelchair parking close to the entrance, ramp to get up onto sidewalk, and this business has tables that can accommodate wheelchairs, as well as ADA accommodate bathrooms.

Louise at the Heights location is a gem! She is always warm and welcoming. We came in just at closing time, after all the bagels had been packed up. Louise took really good care of us, and we left with two kinds of bagels, mac and cheese, and a dragon fruit lemonade. All delicious, and much appreciated.

OMG my new go to bagel place, I messed up my order and they were so kind and patient, fixed it for me, and their food is delicious. My bagel was perfectly toasted with a generous schmear, and their treats are huge?! and definitely shareable, not that you’ll want to share, each one is surprisingly good.

This place is awesome! Great service, even better bagels and bagel sandwiches. Any place that has MORE THAN ONE KIND OF VEGAN CREAM CHEESE is a win in my book. I had the very veggie on a jalapeño bagel with vegan garlic chive cream cheese and *chef’s kiss*. They also have tasty espresso drinks and delicious pastries. I tried a dirty chai latte scone (?!) and it was amazing. Will be coming back for more soon 😍

I had the cheddar cheddar bagel toasted it was so yummy. The people working there are awesome very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Would recommend if in the area. They also had BOMB looking cookies.
