This is probably our favorite of all the locations. The staff is always so friendly. Luis was so helpful and patient with my two kids who were holding up the line choosing pastries during a rush with the biggest smile and friendliest attitude. Customer service like this does not go unnoticed in today’s world. Thank you Luis for making our Sunday special!

Desiree (who calls herself the manager) was VERY rude and disrespectful. She talked over me the entire transaction. When I called and asked for the managers phone number, she hung up on me TWICE!

Louise and Desiree , are outstanding . The culture they have created at the shop is the reason I come in near daily . Smart , funny , fast and friendly I can’t recommend this shop highly enough . Food is pretty good too lol ! Personal favorite is the BLATT / and Banana chocolate chip muffin . Delicious . Service with a smile !

My mother is from out of town and we happened upon Seize the Bagel last year. The service was excellent and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. This time around to visit my mom wanted to come back and we were happy to see the same server as last year and same excellent service. We'll be back again next year!

I am a regular here because the service and food is spectacular! Kani, Josie, Bailey, and Morgan are all amazing. They all have smiles on their faces, ask about my day, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. When I am waiting for my bagel, they are greeting other regulars by name and making everyone feel welcome. The bagels are always fresh, the ingredients are quality, and the desert selection is AMAZING!

Loved our food! We had a cubano and a super nova. So delicious!! The lamington was awesome too! Perfect summery flavors! (haven't tried our brookie yet, but looking forward to it) Connie was so nice and super helpful! We'll definitely be back!

What a lovely place!!! Everyone was immediately so kind when we stepped in—truly so welcoming! Louise is a STAR! The food is also a 10/10! Wowwwww!! We want to come here every day on our trip now…and just might! Thanks so much for an excellent experience!

The baked good really shine here. The key lime scone, the blueberry yuzo tea cake, etc. I try something new each time and I haven't been disappointed. Everything pairs well with coffee or tea.
