You guys, please, I’m begging you, STOP MICROWAVING CREAM CHEESE ON THE BAGELS. It reminds me of being a middle schooler again, and eating at that one friends house who didn’t know what to make food or how to cook in general, so they just threw stuff together and then said, “I should microwave it!!”

I notice this happens on and off, I suppose it’s depending on the person, but I would really be so thankful if that could maybe finally come to an end. Thank you!

As a born and raised New Yorker, the bagels are legit. The second chance bagels (when available) have solid staying power as well. What’s really great are their awesome vegan options plus this location is quick with orders. Solid spot for sure!

The food is good but the staff is unfriendly. You feel like a number. I walked in and was immediately asked what we want, but said it would be a moment while I look at the menu. The person left and about 5 minutes later we finally get our order taken. Then it was, “what do you want?”, “toasted”, “type of bagel”, “that will be $93.11”. Very transactional. Probably won’t be back even though they have great food.

I ordered two bagels and was asked if I would like to have them sliced, which I responded yes ,please. Once I got to the register I handed the girl $4 and said, keep the change. She then says, that will be $4.27. I say ,how is that?
She tells me there was an upcharge for having the bagel sliced(.50)each. I then say where is that written on the menu? She says it's an unwritten rule.
I ask for the same type of bagels unsliced,and walk away with my change.
Get rid of the tip jar!!! Unbelievable

There POI is weird and I had to pay before entering my loyalty number to redeem my birthday coupon. Unfortunately it didn’t take $5 off and the cashier said there was nothing they could do.
Food is alright, their drinks aren’t though. Don’t order the salted caramel!!

Consistrnly missing items from order- always the fruit smoothie. 1st time (wednesdsy) we didn't think anything of it because mistakes happen, 2nd time (friday) was irritating, the 3rd time (today/Saturday) shows they obviously aren't checking orders or don't have their pick up system correct. At $7+ per smoothie, it would be nice to actually enjoy it.
