Seize The Bagel - Cascade Park

Great place! Delicious selection of bagels and cream cheese. The bagels are fresh and perfectly chewy. I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend giving them a visit!

The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu (or v/o for vegan option). I like to get the Work Place Special, which comes with 12 bagels of your choice and two 8-oz tubs of cream cheese. You get to choose the flavors, although I've had substitutions before, which makes me nervous (but they've always been vegan subs). Our favorite bagel flavors are the blueberry and the whole wheat, and every cream cheese flavor we've had has been great. Strawberry and garlic chive are great, and a seasonal hatch chile flavor was incredible. Just be careful, as there are often vegan and nonvegan versions of the same flavor of cream cheese, so just be sure that it clearly says "vegan" in the title. I've also had "The Basic" (a breakfast bagel sandwich) with vegan options (Just Egg and vegan sausage), and it was really good. Would get again, although a tad more expensive than I'd like, as they add $3 for getting vegan sausage (boooo). Their frosted cookies are incredible, although the lemon last spring was better than the strawberry flavor this last summer. The cookie flavors rotate, so it brings me back to try new flavors!

They have great bagels and cream cheese with vegan options for both. We ordered a baker's dozen for pickup and they gave us a couple extra bagels.

Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cream cheese and vegan bagels along with traditional versions. All are clearly identified.

Amazing bagels and vegan cream cheese. The perfect place to go for a quick breakfast. The vegan breakfast sandwiches are good too! Love to come here with my non vegan bf so we can both enjoy the same thing!

Rude to the delivery drivers

Just when I think I have found my FAVORITE thing on their menu, I find something new! Brisket bagel dog? That's all I have to say!

Normally, excellent, but expensive. But today I did want to mention there was a large fly in with the bagels. I would get one of those lighted catchers, which I think would take care of the problem.

Went in with my brother after work, ordered fine, they said my name he grabs the bag she hands us, we get home 5 minutes later... There were only 2 different tickets being made at the time mine and another families. How do you manage to not only personally hand my brother the bag you said was ours, was... Not actually got home with 2 things we didn't even relatively order. I'll give it a few months before I come back👍🏻

I love Seize the Bagle. They’re the only place I can get good non-dairy cream cheese and actually enjoy it. That being said their lack of consistency when I order their non-dairy options are atrocious. I’m genuinely unable to eat my bagel 40% of the time and need it remade. It’s disheartening that I have to go back, after arriving home and realizing they’ve once again used their scrambled egg with milk or added cheese that I made sure to ask for without or without the cream cheese at all, and ask them to remake it. I know the owner is lactose intolerant and that’s why they have so many options available that are vegan or dairy free. I’m begging you PLEASE take extra time when looking at those tickets and building the sandwich. I’ve worked food service, I know that mistakes happen and that it is only human. The consistency of error is just too much and I’m questioning returning in the future.

My bagel not toasted enough and the cashier forgot all my 3 drinks. Way too much cream cheeses over my bagel and waited over 15 mins for drinks to be made.

Just a heads up, do NOT go to Seize the Bagel off mill plain. Address is 13215 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98684, United States. They have a TON of gnats in their cases that they’re selling from. You can sort of see them in the video (I’m trying to post with this review. I’ll post to comments if possible). They’re hard to focus in on. No biggie… just landing on all the product and still selling it to people. That’s pretty gross.. Seize The Bagel do better… I’m beyond disgusted. I kindly, and very quietly, brought this to the attention of the staff and was met with, “We have apple cider vinegar out to get rid of them.” That’s great! Now stop selling that product.. DO NOT GO HERE…

This was my first time there. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and a strawberry lemonade. The bagel and lemonade were good, the cream cheese was whipped and tasted too sweet.
My son got a beef dip sandwich bagel and said it was delicious and very filling.
