Seize The Bagel - Cascade Park

Once again I'm disappointed. I sk for my bagley to be extra extra extra toasted please I want it crispy and once again I get it ran through once confirmed by employee it wasn't how it was ordered. She did ask if I wanted another one but figured because this happens everything not to except it and thanked her. Just wish once instead if having to take it home and toast it I could have on the spot.
The Backes are delicious the spreads are too.

Had a bad experience a bit ago with a worker there because i asked to get my bagels remade in a nicely manner and she was rude and told me to get in line to have someone else remake them and so I went even though no one was next in line it was just me and the rude girl told her co worker I was needing them remade bc I didn’t order correctly which is so rude to say when I’m there hearing her say this about me when I was nice about it and apologized. I haven’t gone since and I did try to call manager but same dude girl answered and told me manager wasn’t so decided to leave review instead. Hope manager can talk to employees about having better customer service.

Not sure why I’ve never left a review here. Been coming here for years! Wonderful bagels. Wonderful sweet treats. The staff is always so nice and friendly!! Plenty of seating. An awesome locally owned business

Super clean, super high quality. I got a bagel Sand-which with like 4 extra proteins and it came out looking like it was right out of a commercial and it tasted every bit good of how it looked.

Love seize the bagel! Has been my perfect grab n go bfast spot since moving to the area. Noticed a description change around the egg used for bagel sammies and such that it says its an omelet, not just egg. I made a note on my order, and the team came in clutch and switched to a vegan egg! FYI for my dairy free homies, go for the vegan egg to avoid dairy! TY STB team!
