Definately would not go out of my way to get a boba tea here.
I had the worst experience ever at this location today. The drink was my normal matcha but it was made wrong in a way that left it very gritty. When asked if it could be remade I was told they don’t remake drinks unless they messed up and especially as they don’t even like their matcha drink they weren’t going to remake it. It wasn’t made right and they didn’t care. Was told I could purchase another one though and recommended that if I had a complaint to just go to google. I have always had a good experience with share tea but after today I’ll be going to ding tea in the future. Bad customer service and drink made wrong.
Love this place. Boba is delicious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating
i ordered less ice and less sugar. i got no ice, and no tea. drink tastes like total water. forgot the tea? don't know how to brew tea for boba? haven't been here since change in owners and not planning to go back.
Great customer service and great tea. Vibes all around
Came here with a friend and order a passionfruit tea with boba. The pearls had no flavor, there was trash on the tables left by someone that was sitting there, and it seemed like there was no trash can in the seating area. The only trash they have is a small bin on the table where you order, and I didn't even notice it right away. There's really bad internet there, so I wouldn't recommend doing homework there.
good wifi I can play fortnite
Powdery tasting. Not mixed all the way. Boba was chewey. Wasn’t a fan of overall taste compared to other shops I’ve been to. But place was clean and cute.
Super chill spot drinks are perfect and great pricing.

This place is the worst. I live 25 minutes from here. I ordered a drink on my way home. I didn’t try it until I got home, and it was wrong. I ordered it 30% sweet. They made it full sweet. I couldn’t drink it. It made me sick to my stomach it was so sweet. I had to go to work, so I didn’t have time to drive the hour round trip to take the drink back.
I drive the 25 minutes back the next day, and they said they wouldn’t replace it. They said unless you say something right when you get the drink, there is nothing they can do. They said it is out of their hands, their manager wouldn’t allow it. They would get fired. I asked them to call the manager. They did. The manager said to remake the drink.
I wanted to buy a drink for my daughter, and they literally wouldn’t let me. I didn’t get upset. I wasn’t rude. I actually think I was pretty nice considering how rude they were being. I was just taken aback by the horrible customer service. They messed up my order. How hard is it to just make it right? Why does it matter if it was the next day? I have the full drink. I have the receipt. I was already inconvenienced by having to come back. Other stores would just say, “I’m so sorry! Let me make that for you. Does your daughter want a drink? I can make her one too!” And that is how you keep customers coming back.
Every business is great when things go right. You can really tell what a business is all about when things don’t go right. How do they handle it? These people handled it the absolute worst way imaginable.

Restaurantji Recommends
This place is more expensive than Seattle metro area’s Sharetea locations.
For a desert place, it was pretty empty on post-dinner time on a super hot day so that tells me something about this place ..

This is one of my favorite places to get boba tea, but I will not be continuing coming here. I will no longer be reccomending this spot to my friends and family. The drinks are always fantastic and when I want a boba tea, this is where I want to go. Although, lately the boba has consistently been undercooked.
I'm disappointed that I don't feel that this is an inclusive or welcoming space anymore. People that I know who like to come here have also expressed to me they don't like coming here anymore.
The past few times I've been the staff have been rude or just outright ignored me. I don't want to scream that I'm being treated differently because of my disability and I recognize it could be a number of factors at play, but I have to use a mobility aid sometimes and I noticed on days that I go in without it, the staff aren't rude to me. I'm fairly certain a staff member was laughing at me on my most recent visit.
I think it's also a bad look when I'm made to feel obliged to only order at the automated terminal now, because staff will be so engrossed in their personal conversations they couldn't be bothered to look towards the front end and then still be asked to tip.
What really drove me to leave a review is this past time I went in, it wasn't busy at all and there were also people inside with their drinks, so maybe it didn't bother them, but the volume of the music was almost painfully loud. It wasn't so much the volume of the music though, but the content of the music that was incredibly bothersome on top of the volume. I don't know many people that want to patronize an establishment with music playing that is throwing around F bombs every other word, other expletives and not to mention the racial slurs. I think the genre was somewhere in the realm of gangster rap.
I have never been more unimpressed.
Vegetarian options: Most drinks can be made vegetarian
Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives
Parking: Parking can be hard during rush times, otherwise there's usually spots close by. Some spots have been blocked lately by a business moving in where the Thai restaurant used to be.

Instant 5 stars for the self serve kiosk I love that, would definitely be nice if they hired more staff you can tell it gets hectic and more often then not it's just one person left to deal with a huge line. I feel stressed for the employees ?.Only thing I'd love to see as an improvement is clearer menu items online and in store, there's no explanation of which drinks come in smaller or larger sizes and you don't get a choice.
