After going to the now permanently, closed Fisher Landing, we came to this one for them to also be closed at 8:30 o'clock in the morning. Ended up going to Elmer's.

I ordered a quick soup for lunch. The waitress was slow. Had to order a 2nd soup because both were terrible! I then had to order a sandwich to go in order to get back to work on time. No fries, just a quick grilled cheese. $12 for a terrible lunch. So sad.

Grossly understaffed. The wait times for seating and service are terrible. Orders are often prepared undercooked or just incorrectly. There seems to be a general lack of care as though they have given up from the employees. I have been to many Shari's and find this one anomalous in its lack of service. I have been here only three times and each has had a different issue. As I am writing this I can overhear the waitress taking a call from a disgruntled customer, and she could offer no help as no management is available on premises. The waitresses are cleaning tables as well as taking orders and bringing food. There isnone cook and two waitresses for a half full restaurant. This seems like a lack of proper management of a restaurant and I don't blame the staff at all. they must be exhausted.

Staff was was clearly exhausted. After we ordered, a waitress threw a menu across the room and had a fit over a hiccup with an order. Would not reccomend.

Have been to this location a few times now. It’s usually pretty quiet and waiting for a table seems to be rare. There are people dining, but it’s a lot more quiet than other cafe types. All of my experiences have been positive and what you would expect from a diner or cafe. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is because the location is a bit dated, if you don’t care about that you will certainly enjoy their food and pies.

Almost left after waiting a long time to be seated in an empty restaurant but I'm glad we stayed. Our server was helpful and very nice. The food was good and as aways the pie is delicious.

Quick easy and cheap breakfast. I got a skillet and a water and it was only $11. I was in and out in a half an hour.

Tried the pumpkin pancakes for breakfast, and it was good. Though I wish I've requested to have the butter on the side instead of it being served on the top of the pancakes. The butter was just too much, making the pumpkin taste overwhelming.Service was nice too.

Sandy at Shari's Cafe Rocks!!!! We had a short notice birthday to celebrate and Sandy hooked us up with the best pies ever for our event!!! Shari is upbeat, professional, an obvious expert in the biz, and goes above and beyond for customer care. Thank YOU Shari's for having Sandy on the Team. Sandy represents you well!!! ~c

Black Bear, down the street, ran out of breakfast items so we ordered breakfast at this Sheri's.Appreciate the option to order a 2 egg Denver omelette, which was good. The waitress was very attentive constantly refilling our drinks. We usually receive a solid 4 star experience at Sheri's over the years but we especially enjoyed the food and service on this Labor day.

I don't normally do reviews unless the service is either stellar or so bad that others should be warned.I was among a party of three disabled individuals who came in with a service dog this morning. One of us was ambulatory, one had a cane and dog, and the third among us was in a scooter. The service dog was clearly marked, which is not legally mandatory... and when asked if she was a REAL service dog, we explained that she was, but that she was inexperienced with sitting under at booths. A regular table would be better. As the place was nearly empty, we were hoping that we could find a table that would accommodate the scooter, and the needs of the service animal. We were directed to a booth rather than a table despite our clear communication. The waitress then proceeded to try to stare the dog down - which is not OK - unwilling to leave us to handle the situation. If we had been given three or four minutes to get settled - on the otherwise empty side of the restaurant - the dog likely would have figured out what to do with minimal help. She just needed to adjust. While it's within the law to require a service animal to be under a table, we were not given the type of table that would allow the dog with us to succeed from the moment we would sit down. It is rude and inappropriate, and illegal, to require a specific place within a restaurant or hotel: a separate area, certain table, etc. A service animal is a tool that helps someone who otherwise cannot safely get out Into public a chance to do that. They are not to be stared at and made anxious/ interacted with without specific permission. So, we left. After this experience, I doubt any of us will ever come back. Please train your staff to be more appropriate in their interactions. While I realize that the lady may have been having a rough morning, making people feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and leaving unfulfilled (for what was going to be a birthday celebration, no less) is not the hospitality we expect for a place that brands themselves on it. We have no ill will, and realize that some people truly don't know service animal rights and laws. This may also have been the case. Hopefully the next time someone comes in with a service animal, their experience will be more pleasant.

We come specifically to this location for our server Katrina! She is extremely prompt and goes above and beyond to notice the little things to take care of us. The food is always good you can tell that the manager Sandy runs her store well because of the good friendly vibe, yummy food and wonderful service from her team.

I love Shari's affordable meals and pies. The food is always good. I usually get spring omelette or a lighter fare dinner entree ( steak, chicken, salmon, etc)

An okay place to eat. Love the environment. Everyone is nice. Price is a little bit high but ok. Still recommend everyone to eat.
