Anytime we eat Chinese takeout we go to Shen Chang. It’s always good food!
Tonight while ordering through QMenu it showed you get a feee order of spring rolls on orders over $35, before taxes. I was going to order spring rolls, but didn’t once I saw that. My order was $39.50 before taxes and tip, so I assumed I would get free spring rolls. I asked when I was picking up my food and was told it’s on orders $40 or more, and I said well just fyi it says $35 online. She said “oh I’m sorry.” It was a little annoying,, but we’ll definitely still eat here.

It was very quiet and very pleasant. The food was great and good sized portions as well. We both took some home.
The tea was served over brewed andvery, very dark. Not fantastic so we asked for some hot water the remaining portion after we both drank a cup but she just added more tea.
Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back. Might avoid the tea though.

Decided to try this restaurant out after asking ChatGPT what was the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver, WA. Ordered their family style combination dinner, and their BBQ pork looks like it’s been cooked, chilled, reheated, and served to customers. Everything was pretty much fried other than the chicken almond subgum (chicken was questionable).

ChatGPT must be extremely outdated, or just useless for recommendations. Don’t let the high Google reviews fool you—too, poor quality of food and customer service. Most likely won’t be coming back. Food was awful!

Went with the family for the first time tonight and everything was fantastic! We each got the pick 4 dinner combinations and everything had great portions and came out hot and fresh! Can't wait to go back!!!

Don't let the building that looks like a garden shed fool you. The food is great.

Great food and friendly service.
The interior was clean but a little worn. The overall atmosphere was nice. I hope they are able to afford some upgrades to their booths and restroom. Definitely a deserving location, of more customers.

Always a good experience and great food.

Generous portions. Don't be afraid to ask if you don't know or want something you don't see.

They understand the difference between chow mein and lo mein.

The food was amazing! I ordered the Seafood Noodles, which was basically Happy Family over noodles, and I couldn’t have been happier. The sauce was flavorful and perfectly seasoned: the salt levels were exactly right. The veg was cooked through but still had a nice bit of crunch. The seafood tasted fresh and not fishy at all. The chicken was a quality cut and just the right amount of chew. The egg rolls were also delightful, crunchy and not oily at all. The restaurant’s humble exterior doesn’t fairly represent the amazing food waiting within. Will happily eat there again!

Not exactly worth eating here. The lo mein tasted like school food, there were small portion sizes, and everything just felt dirty. The entryway smelt like pee and had no lights on so you couldn't tell if they were open or not. Also, it's not worth paying an extra $4 for the lo mein and Kung pao chicken, even though the Kung pao is really good. Your choice whether you want to disappoint yourself or not.
